Good location and nearby Bugis MRT Exit D.. nearby to bus stop as well.. walking distance to the famous Bugis Junction.. The room was comfortable and clean.. amenities were available.. the male staff was so kind to give us more free drinking water when we need to walk a lot in Singapore.. air conditioning in the room was superb.. Bed was comfy..

The female staff was sarcastical to us at first but she improves eventually.. but due to early arrival, we wanted to check in early and then we realized we were given different room than we booked with extra charged.. I don't mind with that just appreciate if I was informed on the room type change.. Fridge in the room was not working..

Restaurants are just around the corner. The location of the hotel is perfect for everything e.g. shopping malls, restaurants, markets, and a few minutes away from some of the tourist's spot. Transportation is also exemptional, public or private like grab is accessible in any spots you are in and not to mention, its affordable.

In general, not so much but some people have a bit of language barrier. Airport personnel's are like a bit too serious.

fast check-in and check-out. super approachable staff; they let us leave our luggage beyond check-out until our flight later in the evening. staff explained their rules and advisories each time we inquired. place is walking distance from bugis junction, MRT, Haji Lane, and even nearer a 7-11 and hawker center for cheap eats. walking along Liang Seah was a delight at night, when the restobars and hotpot places opened. would come back when i travel with friends

wish they had a phone so we could call for room service from our room. and the TV had limited channels, but luckily, we didn't need the TV as much since we were out for most part of our stay. though we thought a bluetooth speaker would be a better addition to the rooms at least.

Location was quite good as it was closer to the places and the Airport and the MRT Station. The check in was quite easy as well and the Hotel Staff were kind enough to extend the check in time as or Flight was delayed.

Unfortunately, it was difficult to get Halal Food from nearby and there weren't many options. As Foreigners who weren't familiar with the place, upon arrival at a late hour, it was quite difficult.

the place is cozy and clean, there’s a heater, iron, and lots of freebies such as bottled water, coffee, shampoo, gel, conditioner, head cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb. the receptionist is also very accommodating. Aside from she’s pretty, she really helped us with our needs. There’s also a luggage area which is of big help to us. We arrived at 9am there. We leave our things and got to visit places in SG comfortably bec. of that.

Location, near to Bugis Junction mall and station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Wifi was good. Very accommodating and friendly reception staff

The room was nice and clean. Good bathroom facilities and great location. Good walking distance to places. Not necessarily worth the money but a good stay all in all

The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable and there needed to be more lighting. Some utensils and a mirror outside the bathroom would have been nice

We had to extend our stay because our original flight got cancelled by the airline. We completely understand if they couldn't extend a discount but we feel it was inconsiderate that they quoted us a fee that's 40% higher than the available online rate. :/

Room was equipped with all required amenities including fridge, kettle etc. and bathroom also has toiletries. Location is close to all nearby places. And walkable to everything.

Size of room with 2 queen could be better, there was very less space to walk with luggage. Lights didn’t have individual button either all switches off or all On at same time. No dressing mirror in room.

Good location; walking distance to Bugis Junction/Bugis Street, walking distance to Bugis MRT, lots of food options nearby. Staff are friendly, helpful. Had family room with 2 queen bed- size decent. Cleanliness decent.
