Overall, the cleanliness was good even though they don't clean daily.

No hot coffee machine at lobby even if you were wiling to pay. The main door to our mini apartment (2 of a kind) needed a very strong push to close it. The banging of the door may disturb neighbouring rooms and was somewhat irritating.

the location is great, next to the mrt station exit G and near the mall where you can find something to eat and buy some souvenirs like chocolates

We arrived there around 2.58 PM which is really close to the check-in time and its turn out that the room is not ready and we have to wait around 45 mins. Very Disappoint! The hotel should not allow someone to do the late check-out if it affect the check-in time

Centrally located (great mall across the street with access to lots of retail and food options including early am coffee for those who are jet lagged). rooms were clean and comfortable. I was skeptical about how to a co-living property would workout for our stay but this exceeded my expectations! the staff also went out of their way to leave a handwritten card and snack for my spouse’s birthday with no request from our part at all. Very thoughtful!

None. I thought I would find the housekeeping policy of once every week an issue but not at all. the light housekeeping after 2 nights worked out real well with fresh towels.

‏I like everything about this hotel: location is super , rooms very clean and good manteind .Staff is excellent I was privileged that Wei Han was at reception when I come , he was so friendly and helpful, very patiently explains everything about hotel room and Singapore . He was like angel during my twelve day stay in Singapore . Edward Lim was so kind looking for invents in Singapore during my stay, like a private konsijerge, I felt that he did really care, I have to mention Asraf for all help and care Thank you guys you made my vacation very special 🙏

Rain, rain and again rain

The accommodation was easy to find and had a pick up and drop off zone at the side of the property. This was convenient when arriving and calling a grab to the airport. The location of Lyf Farrer Park was perfect. It was close to a shopping centre, hawker centres and the MRT. The room was nice and that it was cleaned every few days. The washer and dryer was a little expensive but they got the job done and had enough so there wasn't a line to use. A lot of seating area in the check in area was nice.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. People who like firm beds, this might not be an issue.

it’s very close to the Farrer Park subway station and there’s a bus station right outside. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was decent size for Singapore. The laundry station was very convenient and easy to use- $6 for a wash and $6 for dry. The hotel sent email updates about events happening in the area which was very courteous considering there was a major religious festival coming up at the temple nearby where up to 40,000 people might attend. The individual work stations in the lobby were comfortable and cozy.

The floor in my room was dirty and so were the glass cups. The hallways were not air conditioned. I don’t think it would have been comfortable to have two people stay in my room.

Great amenities and extremely convenient! There are two gyms, a shared kitchen to cook as well as common and private work spaces to work and have meetings. It’s also about 2mins to the nearest train station and plenty of dining options to get you through the day whether you’re looking for breakfast, hipster coffee or late night supper. Room is clean and comfortable.

Can get a tad noisy at night due to the temple next door, though it doesn’t end that late.

My partner and I had a great 2 nights stay at lyf Farrer Park. The room worked well for us for a short stop in Singapore before flying out to next destination. Room is decently sized, clean and we had a comfy bed. The place comes with 24hr gym and laundry, communal kitchen, cozy workspace or chilling area by the lobby - we didn't get to use those given the short trip but it will be handy for people looking to stay longer and will need to use those facilities. Property is right by the Farrer Park MRT and is close to shops and food places - it's easy to go to other parts of Singapore from here. It's well worth the price and definitely will recommend this to people.

The room layout is good, but I feel like the shower and toilet space could have been set up a bit differently. It's fine for a single person and maybe for some couples but there's lack of privacy - it's closed off by frosted doors and the room we stayed at had no exhaust fans (that we saw) to keep the whole room smelling fresh (if someone had to do their business). The wash basin is also a bit small, so be careful not to splash water around when you wash your face, etc. The above didn't bother us as much given the short stay and to be honest, it's not bad at all.. but it's something worth taking a note of as it could be important for other people's comfort.
