The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The choice of different dishes was really exciting. Coming from Australia, we really enjoyed the cured meat, the cheeses and bread, pastries, etc. Some mini crepes (fine pancakes) were also available with maple syrup. The food from the restaurant was divine, I had the duck breast dishes with a side of homemade chips and a buffalo mozzarella for starter. The swimming on the rooftop was hot, like going in a bath! There are 3 different levels, which is good for the kids. There is some shade too.

I'm not sure if something was not good, honestly. The only drawback for us would be the restaurant opening time... 7.30pm, which is a normal thing in Réunion. We're just coming from a different country where we are used to having dinner by 5.30pm/6pm.

Only one thing I did not like. The proforma sent to me missed information such as the bank address and the IBAN of the bank was on 2 lines instead of on the same line. Several times, I had to call the hotel for the missing information. Finally, I have been able to do payment, but unfortunately, while on holiday in Reunion Island, the bank called me and I was surprised to learn that the bank rejected my request for payment. I hadþpaid the hotel with my card

Clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, good bathrooms, good beds and pillows, sea view room, beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant areas, rooftop pool.

The wall mounted bedside lamps gave the rooms a dated feel, even though the rest of the fit out of the rooms were more modern.

We spent only one evening at the hotel and couldn’t really take advantage of all the facilities. The property was pretty chic and well designed. Our window view was great and the 5th floor terrace seemed cosy. We had some fresh tea and water in the room which was highly appreciated after a long day.

We felt it was a bit expensive for a room without breakfast included. We didn’t use the pool but it looked smaller than the pictures.

Comments shared as room for improvement: When we looked at the hotel on booking.com the airport shuttle was not shown as 'with a supplement' (unlike the spa etc...) so we thought it was included in the package. Was surprised we have to pay EUR35 for such a short trip. Also the breakfast could have been included in the price as the room is really just just value for money. The aircon quite noisy and not working so much. The room was not as what was descrubed in our cinfirmation of reservation mail...

The location of hotel is great - you can walk easily to Saint-Denis's center in 10 min. The hotel is nicely decorated and stuff is super professional and helpful.

No blow-drier in the rooms; the elevators are incredibly impatient: we got fit by closing doors couple of times as they start closing even while there is something, or someone, still entering.

Welcome to Europe (again). It’s an expensive island for sure, compared to neighboring islands.

Staff very helpful and polite. Restaurant food was excellent, la gastronomie française so delicious.

No hair dryer in the bathroom and iron.

Lovely hotel, great staff (speak English), modern air conditioned room with the best shower. Great location, walking distance to bus station and other restaurants. Perfect spot and close to airport.
