I stayed in a single room. It had a double bed and a balcony with a table and chairs, with a view over the swimming pool. The bathroom has a strong shower! There is a TV with channels from mainland France and La Réunion. There was no kettle, but I think this is common for most hotels in La Réunion. The location was fine, it is just outside the city centre, but there are enough facilities around the hotel for eating and shopping. Some reviewers have commented that they felt unsafe in the area. I do not know why they felt unsafe, it is a residential area and I felt perfectly safe. The hotel is a very easy walk from the hotel to the Jardin de l'État and Rue de Paris. Also an easy walk to a bus stop for the airport (St Jacques). There are two big supermarkets near the hotel, E.Leclerc in Rue Monthyon and Carrefour in Rue du Bois de Nèfles. There is also a patisserie and a café with daily lunch just across the road from the Carrefour in Rue Bouvet, very convenient for lunch and coffee. The hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful. My flight arrived very early (6 am), but the hotel has a luggage room, where I left my luggage for the day. There is also a shower room that early arrivals can use, which was very convenient. Some other reviewers have mentioned a lack of soundproofing, but I did not experience this. My room was quiet and I did not hear noises from surrounding rooms, which were all occupied. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a no-frills hotel, but it offers great service, comfortable rooms, a good location and the staff make you feel very welcome. All at a very reasonable price.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

The room was ready before the check-in time. The reception is open 24 hours. The free WiFi connection is very good. The room has a small balcony. The bed is large and comfortable.

The location is far from the ocean promenade. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom. There are only French-speaking channels available on TV. I asked the hotel staff for a morning wake-up call but they forgot to do that.

The swimming pool is so nice. The staff are very very helpful at a top level. Though everything was good but the breakfast proposed can be improved in the future.

First of all, the hotel is very good. Staff are very friendly. They even have a pool which is heated. And in terms of shops etc, you have a mini supermarket opposite of the hotel amd Carrefour and E.lercler is very near.

Nice simple and clean hotel in a quiet street, close to the road to airport. Didn't have bedlinen for the third person (booked was for three), the staff provided in return.

Not a negative, just a fact - the smaller car you have the better for the underground parking :-) Limited space for maneuvering.

Not great location, no restaurant nearby and prices for restaurant services à little high for take Away services.

The people are so lovely, friendly, and helpful. Laundry service was fast and easy. Great location! Bus station was easy to find and not far to walk to. Good food all around! Bed is super comfortable 🙂

The hotel was very simple but very nice. The location, in the middle of St-Denis is very practical. The pool is also a nice option to have.

The rooms are a bit old.

The hotel is perfect to stay at St. Denis. Staff is polite and efficient. You also can leave luggage for several days (1€/day per luggage). Rooms are good and the breakfast is amazing: salty and sweet, fruits..... Start the day with this breakfast: it's worth it.
