Really a great place, close to the train station, what i wanted. Nice people everywhere. And again a special thank you to the Lady who was clearing the room and ran until my son when we where outside just before we left to give him his left airpod he forgot in his bed. Really incredible, thank you so very much to her for such kindness !!!

The breakfast is not great for my opinion, also to compare to the 3 other hotels we had in Romania, but it was in Bucarest, so may be its good for the country, but for my opinion it was not great, also not a lot of choice, poor food choice. But in the other way the dinner was really good at the restaurant of the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing...

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the location, the view was amazing. Our room had a huge terrace, it felt like a bonus..

The hotel doesn't have access for people with disabilities. I went with my baby and I had to take the stairs with the stroller, and are plenty of stairs. Same issue in the hotel, from the reception to the elevator more stairs. Breakfast was not amazing, very small selection.

Our room was very spacious (we had also a small living area with 2 sofas), very clean, bathroom was large and clean as well. The room was very quiet, we didn't hear anything from outside or from other rooms, which is a very big plus from my part. Bed was big and comfortable too. I usually don't manage to get some sleep whenever I travel, especially the first night, but here I slept as a baby. Location is in a very quiet area, 3-4 km from the old town. We had a car, so it was not an issue. Free parking a great bonus as well. Breakfast was very good as well, quite varied for all tastes, even vegetarian/vegan. Good coffee. Very, very friendly staff, we felt really welcomed. Thank you for our great stay!

Everything was great for us.

Extremely clean, nicely designed room, very spacious bathroom, shower is amazing! there’s also a sauna in the hotel, staying one night only we couldn’t miss the opportunity to use it ;) staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied - eggs, fruits, cereals, tea & coffee.

The hotel is located within 10 mins of walking distance from Brasov's main train station. So for us, it was perfect. However, please note the hotel is not near the center and we usually ended up taking Bolt/Uber when we had to visit the Old Town (took us about 10-11 RON). The room we booked was HUGE. It also had a lovely balcony and was equipped with all the necessary facilities that you would expect in a hotel room (wardrobe, charging points, fridge, etc.). The staff were super friendly and they even helped us store our luggage for few extra hours after the checkout without any additional cost. The hotel also has a SPA option but we didn't take it during our stay.

The breakfast is alright- nothing fancy but its above average. As mentioned above, the location of the hotel is near to the station but about 2.5km from the center (old town). Also, the TV in the room wasn't smart so it was not possible to use Netflix, YouTube, etc.

The hotel is located close to the train station, which is very convenient and not too far from the city center, which is also good. The room was large and very well-maintained. The bathroom was nice and immaculate. The hotel also has a restaurant, and breakfast had just the right amount of variety of food to make it interesting. But the best parts of this hotel was the staff which was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

There is one major flaw in this hotel that must be mentioned: it is the access to the reception area. There are about 10 to 12 steps from the street to the reception with very little to hold on to, which makes it impossible for elderly people, handicapped people, or just people with big luggage like me to manage. I was extremely lucky that the receptionist Claudiu saw me hovering around with my suitcase and came to ask me if I needed help, which I did. Another kind receptionist helped me carry my luggage down the steps upon check out. In all honesty, I would not have been able to do it on my own. I hope the management finds a solution to this flaw , because, as far as I am concerned, it is the only problem with this lovely hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their remarkable hospitality and genuine care for their guests left a lasting impression on me. In addition to the remarkable staff, the hotel itself was beautifully maintained. The rooms were immaculate, offering a serene and comfortable environment to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, maintaining the cleanliness of the room and ensuring that every detail was attended to.

We enjoyed everything! The beds were excellent, not too hard, not to soft. Room was spotless and had a functional but also beautiful design. The bathroom is also functional and beautiful and the shower was great. The shower water does not leak on the bathroom floor. The water is very warm and with good pressure. Excellent brealfast and professional staff. We did not try the SPA now, but maybe next time. Easiöy accessible parking place was available in the front of the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The room was a bit too warm for us, but this did not bother so much so we didn't ask about it at reception during our stay.

Great hotel with more or less western standards. Good quiet location with well equipped and insulated rooms. Not a great value for money but a really good hotel.

No big deal here but that "fabulous gym" gym they have is just a bunch of weights in a corner... No ventilation at all in there. Breakfast gets quite boring after 2 weeks of stay. Rooms need a trash bin other than the one in the bathroom and the juice refill at breakfast only happens 2 liters at a time... That's just being cheap... When you have 3 hours of breakfast you should refill the entire dispenser. They just keep it low like it's the last bit of juice they have.
