great room, very spacious. nice welcoming by the ladies @ front desk, free parking

coffee and orange juice could be of a better quality at the breakfast but it wasn’t bad.

I stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. I will be definitely returning. Good quality and clean rooms, very quiet and cosy.

On our last stay the air conditioning was not as responsive as we would have liked it to be and we struggled to cool down the room, but we were there for only a few hours so it was manageable.

Good variety for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff worked quickly and their English was excellent. Good value for the price. Would stay again for sure!!

Nothing really- the lobby music was a little loud. Shower had good pressure, but the shower head was positioned poorly. Water hit me right in the face.

Breakfast included several choices, was tasty and the breakfast room was kept in perfect order during our stay. Staff was helpful, the room was absolutely up-do-date and clean, and the hotel building itself is visually pleasant. For the absolutely reasonable rate we paid, this was absolute value-for-money, especially compared to much less attractive hotels/rooms in Oradea or Sibiu

The hotel is not conveniently located if you wish to visit the centre unless you have your own car. No other points to mention

Staff extremely friendly. We were traveling with a dog and a baby and we were given a very spacious room with a nice balcony, which was very convenient for us. Breakfast is extremely rich, with great selection of sweet and savory options, local and international dishes. There is also room service with great selection and good quality food.

The water in the toilet and the sink had a strange smell and the underground garage was also a bit messy (cardboard boxes piled up in a corner, etc.)

Large rooms and bathrooms, very quiet, comfortable beds.

The maintenance on the building and in the rooms needs to be improved, the shower head was leaking, the curtains were torn on the upper fixing side, the cover on the bed had dried up stains on it.The visible roof from my window had not been cleaned of fallen/thrown away garbage.

Location, cleanliness, relatively new, normal size TV, liked the carpeting, etc. Comfy bed.

A few small things, no biggies: - maybe once every few months, try to remove the stains from the carpet, inside the rooms - move the safe outside the closet and install a few shelves for clothes instead - every time you changed between the shower heads, the one above releases a few liters of cold water. - went out and came back a lot of times during my stay, but very rarely I was acknowledged or greeted by the front desk personnel

No bath plug, we used a glass cup instead. You can't skip a bath with music

The hotel was lovely, but what made it was the staff. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi but the hotel staff were amazing in helping me to contact the driver and retrieve my phone. Anything we asked for was no problem, a credit to the company. Apologies i cannot remember their names, but hopefully this recognises the work of your reception team.

All-in-all everything was very good. The room, the staff, the breakfast...and especially the speaker in the bathroom. I didn't know that this was missing from my life :)) Great job and recommend it for everyone visiting Cluj.
