Beds are very comfortable, private parking saved me a lot of time, location is great!

The shower head holder was broken, which was inconvenient, and the glasses were a bit dirty. The door of one of the rooms I booked didn’t open with a key card, had to use an actual key, should be fixed. They should upgrade the TVs too, very old ones and even 3 stars hotels nowadays have smart tv with YouTube, Netflix etc.

When I got here last night I didn't feel very welcome. But,I got here kind of late and I was in a bad mood from driving all day and I think everybody was ready to go home. Understandable. After spending a full day at my job I'm ready to go home too. This morning was a completely different story... everyone was smiles and I have to say the breakfast was one of the best I've had in the three weeks I've been here. So, the feeling I had last night was probably more on me than anything else. I will stay here again next time I'm here.

I had some serious problems when I arrived at Hotel Rexton, among other things I had a desperate need to get to a Western Union office to pick up cash, and it turned out Friday 14th was holiday with many offices closed (Orthodox Easter). The receptionist at Hotel Rexton that Friday at 10AM was the most helpful hotel employee I have met in my life. She sorted out all practical problems for me, and I will always remember that. Apart from that: room was spacious and great, bed very good, also working desk, and breakfast also good.

WiFi Internet was poor. Sorry to write that since everything else was so positive. No problem for me, since I used phone and mobile data as router instead.

I spent a night at this location with my kids for a stopover. We arrived at midnight and staff was kind. They offered to go buy me a 1 bottle of water from outside supermarket as the restaurant was closed at that time and we didn't had in the room. Good value for the money with a generous breakfast.

Even though we were the only customers at breakfast, we waited 10minutes for warm milk for my little one. Therefore, services in the restaurant could be improved.

The staff is very friendly and smiley. Rooms are big and very clean and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is close to the city center (around 10-15 min walk). In November and December (2022) in Craiova there is unique Christmas Market, which starting 10 min walk from hotel and it's perfect to visit during your stay. I really recommend for stay in Craiova.

At nights (after 21-22 h.) there is not enough parking places, but during the day everything is fine with this.

The carpet in the room and corridor need to be change , in the bathroom some items need to be change , like shower head , the baschet with soap...

Classic hotel, with spacious room. Bed comfortable. Quiet location. Breakfast selection good, and service friendly. I wished that I could have stayed longer.

A long walk from the rail station. Kettle in room, but no tea or coffee sachets. The hot elements of breakfast were actually cold, disappointingly.

I love Rexton. Hotel is good and convenient for a train traveller like myself. It's great asset is a wonderful and extremely helful staff.

Conveniently located hotel close to the center of the city yet not noisy. Clean, very nice room with good amenities. Real good breakfast. Excellent staff attitude.

The parking is rather tight but this is all the available space.

The location is very good and quiet. The distance to center is a nice walk of 10 min. Big clean rooms with high standard furniture. Very friendly receptionist. I would recomand this location any time.

The stuff could be a bit more friendly. Maybe she had only a bad day!
