The location is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) of shopping centers, malls, downtown, etc. The Deva Citadel is literally within walking distance. The Vila is lovely, modern, and has good parking access. Lots of little technological implementation - such as the electronic door keys, and automatic hallway lighting. The bathroom is a nice size. Communication from the Vila staff/management is good and clear.

The bathroom door didn't quite close on demand, it had to be forced to close., but this was a minor inconvenience. We didn't notify the property about this.

Staff was kind and very helpful each time we needed something. They cleaned our room every day and were very responsive to different requests we had, like changing the towels more often. They also helped us with shipping a jacket we had left behind after our departure (and they were the ones to let us know we left it there).

It would be nice if the small balconies would not be advertised as balconies since you can’t really step outside on them, they are just details in the exterior wall of the building. This is just a minor discordance, other than that we do recommend the villa wholeheartedly.

The room was big and nice, quiet, the sheets were clean, the fridge had cold beverages and the staff offered to make us breakfast on demand for a fair price. The building is also beautiful and free parking was available.

The towels smelled funny like when you leave them in the washer for too long or keep them in a damp place, that is a big turn off for me and makes me think they do not take care of the small details even though I didn't find other sign of lack of cleanliness other than that. Another thing that I found weird is having to pay for in-room coffee, they had a machine and each coffee pod was 7 lei, which is odd but not expensive. What was worse, though, was that there was no coffee milk, which should be some sort of a crime :D.

New build with lovely decor throughout, thoughtful and cohesive. Great coffee machine. Staff was helpful, friendly and very acommodating, they offered to make us breakfast even though we came down straight for check-out. We didn't take them up on the offer as we had a long day ahead of us but really appreciated the offer.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. I chose to stay on the sofa but my aunt did not have a restful sleep. We peeked under the cover but it didn't look like a mattress, more like a lot of layers of hard foam inside a zipped cover. Coffee facility or even just a water heater would have been appreciated, suite is on 2nd floor.

everything is fantastic and we were so sad that we had to leave. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and they really care about helping you. they went above an beyond to accommodate our late checkout, and really complimented our stay there. the property is top notch in terms of smart devices, quality of items, and a pleasing interior design. the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and such a joyful experience to be in. we we’re really able to relax. wi-fi is also good as I had to work for a few hours from there. ample parking space on the property grounds. i have been visiting Deva for the last 5 years, a few times a year and this is the best accommodation you can get in Deva.

Parking within the premises, contactless check-in and bathroom were great.

Set afar from any restaurant, cafes and the old city centre, vehicle is required to move around. WiFi could be better in terms of speed. The bed was of matrimonial size, yet bedding of single size. Rally weird.

Vila Sarisa provides exceptional service, excellent conditions, great facilities, tasty breakfast. Owners are very kind, eager to help and make the stay a comfortable and memorable experience. Location is quite close to the center (3 min by car, 20 min on foot).

The property is really nice. The room was very comfortable and nicely design with a huge terrace with a view towards the fortress. The communication with the property owners was super easy. The parrking is wide and very easy to use.

We were just transiting Deva and slept for only one night. The location is very good and the highway is not very far away. Check-in is very easy due to the app they use. The room was very clean and the beds were amazing because they have ortho-mattresses. The owner is very friendly and kind.

The hotel is in a great location. From our room and balcony we had a clear view of Deva Castle, and we could watch the sunset. Parking is next to the hotel and spacious. The suite was very large with two separate rooms. Breakfast was good, traditional European style self-serve.
