This is a very nice hotel, modern and very clean. Our room (apartment) was very spacious, quiet (except some occasional noises from street traffic), very good bed and large bathroom. They have a restaurant at ground floor, which is quite large and has a diversified menu; we had a great dinner and lunch there, very good value for the money. Because there weren't many guests, the breakfast was not buffet, but they prepared us anything we wanted. There is also plenty of parking space around the hotel and restaurant.

Location is not very close so the central area, like 2-2.5km walk, but it was quiet, it wasn't a problem for us.

A lovely hotel located in the rural area of the region. Awesome Greek cuisine along with a good Greek music :-) Very nice breakfast. The property is well managed, all tidy and comfy. The team was very helpful and I have managed to place the order for a hot meal some 10 min before the Chef was closing the kitchen. I was very happy after a long day....

The parking lot is rather small and it was quite full at the arrival. It was not easy to figure out how to park.

The staff is very polite, smiling, kind, helpful, some of the best service I've experienced in Romania (and I live in Romania for 2 years now). I've taken a bigger room, the extra space was wonderful, a separate living room, very comfortable for what I needed to host a meeting aside from the bedroom. The amnesties in the bathroom are perfect, double kits (1 per person), all packed very neatly and branded nicely. Super clean, very well maintained. The room smelled good, no smoke smell (very important to me), AC was perfect, TVs working great (new models), remote controls CLEAN!! Dinner was fantastic, the dining area has a feel of fine dining with a touch of comfort, the waiting staff was so kind, so helpful, the recommendations were excellent. We had Anchos Salad (fantastic big portion) and Escelope Turkey, the turkey was VERY juicy with crispiness on the outside, coupled with smooth mushrooms mashed potatos which was done to perfection and had home made side gravy (mouth watering). Breakfast is tasty. Relaxed, Good mix of Veggies, Cheese, Meat, Good chocolate croissants, fruits, good coffee, good atmosphere. I don't smoke but there is a smoking balcony, which is great for separation and demand for those that want to smoke while eating. I have nothing but good things to say. Seriously top notch hospitality.

There is nothing to complain about.

Spacious, very clean rooms, nice personnel ready to help. Excellent location for those who are passing by and need high-quality night rest (at least it was my case). Perfect also for longer stays. Good breakfast with a wide variety of foods available, all very fresh. Many parking spaces are available. There are four types of pillows in the room for sleep, so should find yours. Definitely recommend the place.

I think this was my first stay where everything was perfect. And i mean everything. The hotel is stylish, modern, slick, extremely clean, it has large spaces, my room was enormous, facilities were beyond imagination - ironing board, bathrobes, 2 large beds, 2 TV's, complementary water and tea bags, a sofa, i don't know, i am stuck on a single expression: everything was perfect. The stuff was also extremely helpful, always smiling, always ready to help - i ordered something not in the restaurant menu and they've made me. The hotel manager really knows her job. Aaaah, sorry, i forgot, the furniture is well maintained, it seems that it was installed the day before my stay.

Nothing, my stay on Kristal was beyond perfection.

The hotel is situated close to the national road, so it is quick access when coming in, and also close enough to plenty of restaurants. Parking was more than ample, and so was the size of the room. Breakfast was very good with options for most, I'd say. Also, very important for the summer days, AC worked very well. I will stay here again when visiting.

It is a very modern hotel. The room was great and comfortable. It was designed to feel like at home. The bed and pillows are awesome. The bathroom was very big, with bathtub and a big mirror. The breakfast was good. There are spa and fitness areas and also the possibility of having a massage. Staff was nice. The food at the restaurant was good.

The hotel is beautiful and the finishing is high quality. Very clean, the breakfast is very good and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating with a smile despite working on a New Year’s Day.

The positioning of the hotel, on the main boulevard of the city and at the intersection with the ring road, creates a discomfort that becomes tiring during the night.
