Good location, very clean, and really good amenities.

Every morning they would either have some live or recorded music extremely loud at breakfast. I have told staff music is loud, but nothing happened. Makes no sense to play club volume music at 8am. Kids started crying, so we had to go downtown for breakfast. Most likely would choose a different location because of that for my next trip.

Beautiful room with modern fittings. Breakfast was quite good. Staff is super friendly who cater to your requests promptly. Restaurant has a very good menu. Location is quite central. My family and me had a wonderful time at Elexus and Predeal.

Some glass plate on a table was detached and a little dangerous for the children. Breakfast eggs could've been warmer. Overhead shower in the bathroom is offset and I could not use it. The garden and playground area for the children had a lot of debris which is dangerous for children.

The pool and the hot tubs are awesome, especially considering you are up in the mountains surrounded by woods and great views. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was really good. The staff was very friendly, even accommodating another night of unplanned stay for us.

The nearby restaurants linked to the hotel are a bit expensive for the food they offer and on one occasion something was not right with the steak as I got sick after eating it. The pools could be cleaned a bit better, but considering they are under trees, it's acceptable.

The hotel is super stylish and everything was spotless, the staff was amiable and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast had a great selection and everything was super tasty. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. The spa was a super nice addition, especially the outside heated pool.

The room was a bit small and not the best organised furniture-wise so there wasn't a lot of space to move around. The bathroom was equally very small - but we didn't mind very much. The sauna was a bit cold when we went, and also although they have parking spots all over the street they're quite disorganised so parking was a bit difficult at times.

This is not the first time I visited Elexus, this time we stayed 4 nights here, and as always I love the staff’s attitude, I adore the cleanliness of the room, also the pool is awesome, so as jacuzzi. I want to mention that during our stay it was my wife’s birthday, and we received a champagne bottle and also a dessert for FREE which is very very nice❤️.

One of the inconveniences is that there are limited sun-beds at the pool compared with the number of rooms they have,

New lovely hotel. Quiet location. Tasty food. Very nice design of the lobby, room and restaurant. Warm and clean room. Hot water all day long. Great Wi-Fi. Parking place near the hotel. Staff was ok.

Incorrect information added on booking, regarding the check in starting with 12.00. The correct check in hour:16.00. The pillows were too big and hard for my taste - this made the sleeping uncomfortable for me.

Very clean and relaxing hotel, with spa amenities and heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis. Almost everything was great (they even offered me a rose!). The positioning is good, relatively close to the slopes, and the breakfast is amazing (you can even get prosecco glasses). They were also quick about a bathroom emergency fix. All in all it's pricey but you deserve to spoil yourself every once in a while.

I disliked the fact that room service was not available at 9:30 pm when the brochure said up until 10 pm. This was a very poor experience, I was left hungry and they said the cook was leaving early because of the pandemic (?) which made no sense as there were plenty of people in the restaurant. Also the phone connection to reception / room service did not work for me so I had to walk to the reception for this. Another suggestion would be to provide bins for recycling.

Clean, decent room size with a BIG balcony. The bathroom is pretty nice, comfortable bed, Hbo Max is a very nice touch. Great water temperature (35 degrees) in the swimming pool and jacuzzi for a cold, rainy day. The sauna also nice! In the restaurant, great service, all the staff always smiling. Above the normal breakfast you get in other hotels, live violin. Lunch and dinner time with plenty of tasty dishes on the menu.

The big balcony we had was kinda dirty, a lot of hair on the floor. Also, maybe, consider buy some water proof pillows for the furniture.

The heated outdoor pool is very nice, with good spa. The hotel restaurant is good, with great staff. Breakfast had a lot of options.

For some reason, they have a speaker playing music outside, so if you are after natural mountain sounds, it's not the best place. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Restaurant is a bit on the pricey side.

Nice warm exterior pool and sauna , very clean and modern rooms cozy bathrobes and nice balcony . Very diversified breakfast. Nice and confortable beds . Chimney in the lobby. Netflix button on TV. Nice view.

The cocktails were containing very little alcohol (Cuba libre was a Coke basically). The jacuzzi is not for 4 persons is little and doesn't have a sustain stair to enter. The showers in single room were a little bit narrow. The restaurant was good but expensive. The noise from nearby construction and road that was not paved for car drive.
