Breakfast was decent but it must diversified in the future. I also liked the food at their restaurant even though the prices are above average.

big minus for the air conditioner in the room. Very old, and yellowed by time it couldn't cope with the temperatures outside. After 3-4 hours of running, the room temperature had reached an optimum value - at least for me!

Very nice location of the Vila in a beautiful garden, design and nice details everywhere. Clean. Good food, excellent chef. Nice and helpful reception staff.

Uncomfortable bed. Tramway driving under the window, although in my Booking reservation was "garden view ", too noisy :( One very rude and unprofessional Kellner in the restaurant. Breakfast every day the same_ for 3 days it's annoying. A traffic mirror would be very helpful when you drive out from the property.

Online check-in was successful,so we just get key on reception desk. Hotel have private parking with no extra charge. We have payed accommodation in EUR and get change in local currency by best possible rate(better than in exchange office). Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Room have additional door between corridor and room, so it can be helpful make it more quiet. All staff members was professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Hotel(villa) is located around 2km from very center so you can walk cca 20mins, take public transport or taxi(Bolt application) for 2-3EUR depending of peak. Few words about La Residenza: it looks like private residence, with carefully designed entreier so you will feel relaxed house atmosphere. It is deferent of most accommodations we use to book, so it was kind of adventage. There is nice garden with caffe restaurant and small pool, which was closed in this period but it is small paradise in summer, I guess. Also, there is few terraces wher you can take caffe or cigarette. We will book this property again next time, no doubt.

Couldn't find any lacks.

This is a stylish villa close to the city center (really within walking distance), but still in a quiet zone near consulates, with good services and kind staff. Breakfast with all choices you need and a good coffee :) Parking in own courtyard is priceless :) Unfortunately it was a short business stay, and I had no time to exploit the wellnes and neither the pool (early spring visit). Very comfy bed :)

Fabulous small hotel villa, stylish and comfortable. Large rooms, have everything you need, comfortable beds. Wifi ok, safe private parking. Beautiful garden with small swimming pool and restaurant. Italian food excellent, all compliments to the chef. The family who owns and handels the hotel, as well as the other staff, extremelly kind and helpful. You feel as at home. Excellent value for money.

Great atmospheric hotel! If you want to feel the spirit of ancient Timišioara, you are here! Wonderful interior, great restaurant, very friendly staff! To the main sights of the city, about 10-15 minutes on foot. On site, there is a swimming pool and its own private parking, which is very convenient for travelers. I recommend and will definitely come here again!

Boutique hotel with great amenities, charming and inviting. Pleasant walk to city center or short cab rides anywhere around town. Very close proximity to Dental Experts clinic.
