The location of this hotel is great, in the middle of the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Breakfast was OK overall. Enough variety. All stuff provided excellent service. Rooms are comfortable, big enough, excellent beds, and you even have a soundbar in room!

The only thing that was not OK was the juice quality at breakfast. There is no parking, which is normal due to the location of the hotel. There is a parking house in the neighborhood, very cheap also, 20 Ron / day. You can always find available places there. However, if you have a lot of luggage, it might be a problem.

The location is excellent, even though it's located in the old city with lots of activities at night. The room is very large. Nice personnel.

The breakfast can have more variation. I would advise to book the airport travel directly through the hotel since it's located in a part of town that doesn't allow access for commercial taxi drivers. The price is the same.

great location - right in the heart of the old town, so close to the main squares, the sights and so many bars and restaurants. the building is modern, quite functionally designed, and this has benefits: the lay-out inside the hotel makes sense, there was a lift, the rooms were a good design and there was built-in air conditioning which worked really well. (I understand Timisoara is often very very hot in summer, we had temperature over 40 degrees.) breakfast was decent.

I liked this property - if I had a wish list of things I think would improve it, they would be: a little more art and design in and around the hotel; a pool, a gym, a rooftop bar, and a more interesting selection at breakfast. there is no parking and taxis cannot pull up to the hotel as it is in a pedestrianised area in the old town - we knew this, so was not a problem, but worth knowing.

the location is PERFECT! You are in the heart of the city, less than a minute walking to restaurants, coffee places, tram station. the rooms were super clean, the bed was comfortable. the staff was great: checking in and checking out. they were nice to hold my luggage for free 2 hours after the checkout so I can walk around before I head to the train station.

Nothing I can think of.

people at the reception were the nicest! they even called me the day of arrival to confirm my arrival time and find out whether i needed parking space. very patient in explaining how to get around the city, what to see and do after visiting the old town. their recommendations all panned out. the room was large and the bed, blankets and pillows most comfortable. the AC and refrigerator in the room were on a separate electric network so didn't require a hotel key to be turned on. they worked perfectly and the room was always nice and cool and the drinks were cold. the location is within just a few minutes of absolutely everything in the old town.

it didn't matter to me but the hotel is in pedestrian only zone so there is no parking at the hotel and to catch a taxi you need to walk about 3min to the taxi rank. the hotel calls the taxi and it arrives by the time you walk there.

The location is superb, right in the old city centre, close to many pubs, restaurants and sighseeing, yet the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

Parking is a little tricky, since the hotel is in pedestrian area, you have to park your car in the neighbour office area and walk to the hotel 400meters. Eventhough not that far, might be difficult at night if you are not familiar with the town.

The staff was very kind, something which I only began appreciating in the following weeks while staying in Romania, when I realized that you are very likely to be treated coldly, or even rudely, by hotel/restaurant staff. I mostly interacted with the receptionist and the breakfast's waiter/cook (he does both) - both were welcoming, outgoing and friendly. It is also worth mentioning the comfortable mattress and the good sleep quality, as the neighborhood, albeit central, is very silent at night.

Let's say that the interiors are a bit outdated and have a 90s feeling to them. The dining room designated for breakfast is very questionable in terms of decor: blue walls and a merchandising refrigerator filled with sodas - not exactly the kind of view you would want to look at at 8am in the morning. But this could be due to the fact that the breakfast room serves also as a restaurant at night, and that the management prioritized it as such. I found the price a bit steep, but then again, there is huge inflation sweeping across the whole country so it might not be the hotel's fault.

When I checked in I had unfortunately left my bag containing my passport, money etc in the Uber Renate on reception was really amazing and helped me to get it back, she also arranged a taxi for me when I checked out. Thank you Renate. My room was lovely, very comfortable, very clean perfect location. Great for a few days in Timisoara.

Awesome location, VERY comfortable bed, and a large room. Overall, I was impressed with the high quality of amenities for the price. The girl at the desk was also nice and printed something for me :)

There is an issue with the shower design. It floods the entire bathroom (even when door is closed) and even flooded onto the carpet in the room. Yikes!
