The rooms are old and basic, but still okay and clean. Nice river views from the balcony. Breakfast had almost everything we needed (except for black tea!). Spa was nice, quite basic, good views from the jacuzzi, the sauna was very good!

There was no furniture on the balcony, we took a table and a chair from the room to be able to sit there. No other trash bin than the one in the bathroom. WiFi did not work well inside the room.

Very good location of the hotel - just by the Danube river. All tours to Danube delta starts very close to hotel. Parking place by the hotel, but you have to pay 20 lei per day. Good breakfast with many choices. Nice restaurant at first floor. The hotel remember old times and despite it is a bit renovated, you can feel spirit of old socialism times. We like it and liked to imagine how big bosses of the communist party stayed here...

Triple room was small for 3 people.

The Delta 3 is a decent hotel in a city that has, unfortunately, seen better days. Things worked well enough- and the room was comfortable enough, though a bit dated. The location was super convenient. It was only a short walk to start off into the delta with the Pelicanu express boat. The breakfast was fine- and you can have it on the balcony overlooking the Danube. Definitely good value for money.

The rooms are a bit dated; the shower did not work that well. It was super-difficult to get the restaurant menu to have a look at it. Some of the staff were fantastic, others not so helpful.

Delta 3 is preafbricated building on Danube river promenade. Staff is very helpful, especially at the reception desk. Rooms are spaceful, furnishing is little bit worn out, but still very comfortable. Breakfasts are great. You can use the pool and jacuzzi. Some of the rrom sprovide great river views or at least good city views.

The nice lady from the reception <3. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The towels were changed daily. The room was really nice (no balcony) and the indoor pool was big and deep (1.75m).

At 3stars they don't offer robes,towels or slippers for the pool, like the 4stars. Very noisy. We had a big AC(or power box) under our window,drills everyday and many children in the pool (after 6pm it was quiet). The hairdryer couldn't be used too much because it was overheating and the handle is not useful. For someone with long hair it takes ages to dry your hair.

no place to park on the 1st night. Parking was full. The rooms look dated, they have been cheaply renovated. Bed lamps werre only a deco as their plugs were not compatible with new sockets...

The location was close to the Tuna Delta Tour companies, and the centre. The beds are ok. The breakfast was rich. The staff was so friendly, and they answered all our questions patiently and kindly. Thus it helped a lot.

It is perfectly positioned for visiting the delta and in the Tulcea town, on the river. The staff is lovely especially the woman guarding the SPA.

The furniture is a bit oldish but charming anyway.

Location is perfect and amazing view from the balcony. Room is nice decorated. Excellent breakfast.

The bathroom is outdated, needs some investment. Pillows as well need to be changed.
