Not enough words to describe how amazing the staff was. They exceeded any expectations I would have had. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. They picked us up from the ferry and upgraded our room because it was my wife’s birthday. Every day they handled all of our reservations for us for absolutely everything: restaurants, taxis, rental cars, spas. We did not have to do anything! The facility is absolutely beautiful with very nice decor. The room is extremely cozy. Even the cleaning staff was amazing always keeping the room clean and even provided turn down service without us asking. The included breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning! Quite honestly, the hotel should be charging more for what was offered! And the location is less than a minute walk up a road from the famous Nikki Beach club- and if Nikki Beach is not your vibe, GypSea is a couple minutes walk away with access to the same beach as Nikki.

The location just above the Saint Jean beach is great. The staff super friendly and helpful, especially Sebastian. Very comfy beds and feather pillows. Nice inner tropical Garden and good cleaning service. Breakfast good quality food but limited choice.

For the price to pay the room was very small, useless Terrasse beside a construction side (not mentioned anywhere), so get used to be waken up by 7:45 from hammering. Would need proper fumigation as we were eaten by mosquitoes during bf. Once we had dinner in Roti, they served us a half cooked chicken, but took it half off the bill. The room (Garden room 1) has no look into the garden (as it seems from some photos on booking.com) and would need some proper lighting, as you hardly can see anything once’s it’s dark. The amenities are of the cheapest, awful shower gel in small bottles, for that price (>800€|night) we would expect higher quality amenities. Also they were not always replaced.

This was our second stay at this property and although the first time was great this time was even better. The entire staff was so helpful and so accommodating! The location is great and the room was spotless. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent newer hotel in St Barth with lush and romantic vibe - great design in guest rooms and all around the public spaces. Perfectly located a close drive to town or walking distance to St. Jean for the Eden Rock and Nikki Beach. The best part however is the wonderful and accommodating staff who go out of their way to give a personalized experience. The intimate size of the property makes this possible, compared to some of the larger luxury options on the island.

Basic rooms don't have views, recommend upgrading. No direct beach access, however numerous options for beach clubs and hotels nearby offering options make up for this and help explore other parts of the island.

Comfortable room, nice breakfast. I was sick from my time in Puerto Rico and it was very nice to recuperate in the room which smelled lovely and had all that I needed. The staff were nice to bring me some hot lemon ginger water when I told them how queasy I felt.

not a lot of facilities in the hotel but the location is good and close enough to shopping/ beach etc.

If you walk to/from the St. Jean beach area, just be aware that there is a short (but steep) hill to the hotel. We didn’t mind because we enjoy the exercise…we didn’t ask the valet for a lift, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d provide a complimentary ride.

Gorgeous, well located boutique hotel. Delicious and healthy food. Outstanding, exceptional GM who formed a great service and solution oriented team which translates into a pleasant and happy stay. The breakfast was outstanding and I liked that it was included.

The cost of food and drinks was outlandishly expensive. I found myself eating off property and bought drinks at a grocery store.
