I liked almost everything about my stay. The staff was polite and friendly throughout, always being there to assist my wife and I with whatever was needed. The hotel facilities such as the pool and gym were decently equipped and the environment overall was always pristine and clean. I personally loved the design aesthetic throughout.

The mini-fridge was extremely weak, struggling to cool even a few small drinks and making food preservation questionable. We were forced to rely on ice from the front desk. My major complaint though is that the room had no microwave. If we wanted leftovers warmed up, we'd have to go downstairs and ask a staff member to do so, which isn't something that's safe to do using styrofoam containers. Above the mini-bar area was a large empty cupboard that could more than accommodate a small microwave and some plates. That it was just left empty is just confusing and inconvenient.

Even though I went as a local I was treated as if I was new to island. I LOVE THAT because I too work in the industry and would have met some while booking other places in Skb and the level of professionalism was slack. But the staff was exceptional. I spoke with Kenisha on the phone. Checked in with Tiffany dealt with a short male who's shift ended a little later than Tiffany, short with long hair. The accommodation to surprise my spouse was there they did everything to make sure I can give him that experience. Mr GQ and Mr Kool I can't remember his name. The young lady who was there when we got back from dinner I was surprise she said welcome back. All the staff who worked on the 29th April 24 from I check in at 12:30 to when I left the 30th April 24. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. But some eggs would be nice.

There are no eggs or sausage for the continental breakfast even if its just either or, however i understand we enjoyed it nonetheless and the drinks should be on ice at all times. Even the welcome drinks

The location was so quiet. Other than the two planes that left on some days - you were in complete silence. The breeze off the ocean was excellent. The parking was great - some people said there was no parking - there is.

I cannot put my finger on it - it felt a little transitional. As if they were still working out kinks or something. We took the continental breakfast option for 7 days and it did not change one bit. A little variety would be nice. The food was OK.

The night when we arrive at the hotel, the reception service was excellent but there was a misunderstanding about breakfast being included, and we found that breakfast options were less than what we expected, nonetheless the overall experience at the hotel was very good.

My sleep was interrupted when I woke up at 4:45 am to a loud fire alarm sound inside the room that lasted for about 40 minutes. Guest service did send assistance but when the engineer arrived the loud noise and flashing lights had stopped.

Initially I thought breakfast was included in the price but I was told I had to request it so I chose to get meals from elsewhere. However the room was lovely, very spacious and extremely tidy. I did enjoy my stay there and would someday like to be back.

I have no complaints but my partner however felt upon arrival the appearance was not all that appealing with the plenty trees Infront. She felt there should be less trees at least to the front to make it less spooky.

If you didn’t have a rental car a taxi would be $20.US each way to town, and Koi was not close to any thing. If they had a shuttle even two times daily it was make access to town doable.

I enjoyed everything about this resort. the location. the building itself is setup like a botanical garden. it is breathtaking. the ocean view. the mountain views. the beautiful staff. the friendly staff. the food. the drinks. the bad reviews are because you need a rental car if youre going to stay here. its a 5 mins drive from frigate bay and the marriott. book a rental car and you will not regret staying at the Koi resort.

Food and location is amazing but the most comforting is that the all staff(event staff, reception, security, bar and restaurant, room service staff) were amazingly friendly and very helpful. They made my husband 50th birthday very special; without them I could not have pulled it off. Thank you.

The hotel amenities met my expectations and the staff were very helpful and approachable.

This is a personal preference. It’s a little far from the town area so next time, opting for a car rental would make things easier and less expensive

We stayed one night in between flights. The hotel is pretty new. They have a great gym and the rooms were very comfortable. The bedding was very nice as well. Felt very safe throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. Pool and view is very nice.

It is located on top of a hill. There were a lot of bugs after the sun went down so we were not able to enjoy the view. Take bug spray.
