As a frequent visitor since 2015, I like the fact that this hotel has maintained adherence to high standards which keeps this hotel apart relative to the accommodations in its surrounding areas i.e Gassim region.

-Our stay coincides with severe cold weather, and the AC didn’t seem to work properly, although this take away luxury, the weather in the room was acceptable. (Didn’t ask for help from hotel reception has to be said). -Glass shower door produce uncomfortable noise when open and shut. Fire alarm went on during Friday morning, and had to evacuate to be told by The Reception that it was for testing purpose. Think prior notice should have been given to all occupants, as this what would you expect from a five star hotel. The restaurant is below the standards of the hotel.

Excellent comfortable Hotel. Very professional nice helpful staff especially the Saudi Staff at the Hotel Reception. Nice nearby Location to all cities in AlQassim Region. Clean rooms and Very good Breakfast and excellent business centre. Parking always available. Staff were very cooperative to allow for Late checkout.

The staff are GREAT starting with Ahmed Almehaimeed at the reception who was more than surprised me with his high level of professionalism and care. He works with passion and dedication. His other colleagues were good as well. Staff at the restaurant and room service were excellent espt Sohail. The hotel as a whole is well known by taxi drivers and easy to reach.

The price I thought a bit high for the room. Prices for meals is too high.

They were some noise. The hotel has someone working there with hummer and it was sooooo bad noise did not allow me to sleep. I wished the hotel has a floor between the working one and the one people rented. I know it was something temporary but It was on a Saturday morning which it was a weekend too.

I always choose your hotel , it’s comfy close to my clients and have great hospitality , the reception staff are so helpful.

It’s nice you have really cold water with lime and cucumber , would be nice if you had plane water next to it , som doesn’t like the taste in the water.

Staff, cleanliness, attentiveness, quietness, quick check-in check-out, Hussle free. Booked smoking room by mistake, called hotel to change for non-smoking, and was promised to get my wish, and the gentleman in the reception desk (Mr Khalid) did it with a big smile in his face, not implying that he was not wearing face mask though.

Parking is a little bit dark, would be better if it becomes a brighter little bit.

Hotel was great. Staff were great

The gym was very old and bad. It is really the worst ever gym I have seen in any hotel. SPA is not working either. Machines are broken. This is the black point.

I left my phone. The reception charged since its lowbat, and it was returned to me safely.

Rooms were excellent, comfortable and everything you need.

The breakfast food offering isn't fantastic compared to other hotels, although, you get a free starbucks voucher to use in the hotel lobby

I liked the hospitality , The reception were friendly and helpful , It was clean room and the facilities were new also, Generally it was great experience
