Excellent hotel overall. The restaurant and the buffet are very tasty and the variety of food is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner included and i think it was a good choice because there are not many good food options around. The SPA, swimming poon and gym are excellent. Parking / Valet also availible.

There is nothing really to point out that we didn't like. Very good hotel and I do not thing there is anything that comes close to this hotel in the area. So if you want to have good time with excellent service the choice is obvious.

The hotel room , lobby, loungers, restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Drum is amazing the staff super friendly and cooperative at the front desk. I would like to give a special thank you, Mr. Hussain and Hasan, Mr. Ali and miss Maryam, although to the security team Mohammed and Bader .

however the construction is bothersome to the guest since it’s during weekend except Fridays from 8 AM until 4 AM. I suggest that the renovation company works from 1 PM or 2 PM until 8 PM. The guest has been informed of renovation however, the price of the room is expensive in the construction or the invasion inside the hotels are different floors simultaneously. There should have variety to dining more international cuisine, specialty cuisine, life, dishes, Indian Japanese kitchen

Great service throughout - super welcome at front desk from Iossef. Clean, modern, comfortable hotel, very much in the “marble and gold everywhere” standard grand Interconti style.

Coffee shop lacked atmosphere and was overpriced. Whole hotel seemed silent and deserted, hence lacked any fun or excitement whatsoever.

I went on a weekend get away with four friends. We were treated like queens here - our rooms were upgraded and everyone was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

The staff members in the reception were exceptional. . The room service dine-in quality exceeded my expectations. . The room we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which was according to the check-in staff, recently renovated, which is why the room quality exceeded my expectations.

The TV channels were limited, and for some unexplainable reason, the TV is difficult to use.

Had a wonderful stay! Hotel employees are super amazing, thank you so much to Hamda & Ali from the reception. As well as, a huge thanks to the executive chef for being available during breakfast buffet..

To begin with, the staff at reception “Zainab” was amazing and she offered all the help she could extend. Breakfast was great with a lot of fresh and tasty varieties

The reception staff (mainly Mohamad and Rania) were supper kind, welcoming and helpful, and can't forget Elias Madi the Food & Beverage Manager who was on the top of his team while serving our meals and ensuring that everyone is having what he asked.

There was missing items like Oat, Soy or Almond Milk, cereals. the taste of the croissant wasn't as good as expected. It doesn't have the real crunchy fluffy crust. It was just rolled paste. I was expecting seeing some dates related plates, or fresh honey not only the bottled/jarred brands. The omelette corner need proper ventilation. Hotel rooms need certainly some renovation.

I like the exceptional service provided by the reception staff especially Miss.Ahlam , and the smile on their faces, make our check in and check out very convenient. Also,they helped us giving us all needed information to go around in Al Ahsa.

Just a small note about the height level of the hand washing , it should be raised little bit to make it comfortable.
