Amazing place! Unique and with great service

I am an athlete who eats a lot for breakfast - so for me this a la carte version of breakfast was not enough. But all the stuff at resort are super nice will try to find the way how to kakenit work for everyone.

Breakfast was outstanding. We were tired one evening and also ate from the food trucks for dinner. Very delicious, quality food. And I also recommend lunches at Habitas nearby. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We had one guest with multiple severe food allergies and they handled our situation with the utmost concern and respect. The chef made special meals to deal with the allergies. The setting is stunning and common areas are so fun to hang out, play games and enjoy the cultural decor and ambiance.

Caravans are a bit tight but still luxurious for a Caravan. After all, we were outside the cabins on tours or enjoying the outdoors so it was not a problem. I had trouble with a tripped circuit with my heater but the staff came and fixed everything as soon as I told them. And that was in the wee hours of the morning. Can't praise the staff enough.

We liked the unique style and design. We liked that everything was available, we had access to the main resort facilities.The gathering tent offered many different board games and very cozy furniture and style.

The F&B outlets did not offer the best quality food for the price value. We had other meals in AlUla that had way better value for price ratio. The toilets on the caravan are extremely small, the shower door is translucent on the twin bed caravan which limits privacy. There are not enough mirrors in the caravan. Adding a full size mirror to the inside of the closet door or the bathroom door would be very practical.

I recently stayed at Habitas in Al Ula, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The stunning views, exceptional facilities, attentive staff, and delicious food made my visit truly memorable. It was my first time at this resort, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last!

However, I must highlight one important aspect that needs improvement: transportation. Getting from the caravan to the reception, resort, or swimming pool can take up to an hour during peak times due to limited golf cart availability. This wait time is frustrating, especially given the resort's high standards and price point. I recommend either providing self-driving options like scooters or bicycles or increasing staff during busy hours to enhance the guest experience.

Everything! Everything was perfect outstanding! This is really the first time when everything was so satisfying so up to your expectations or even outstanding them. My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and we had such a warming surprise of a little upgrade. The perfect view to the oasis, the perfect breakfast that you can choose from. I had some doubts about the trailer house but it was really comfortable and spacious. A big big thank you to the staff members especially a big thank you to Joshua who is working at the main habitas on the bar at pool. He was more than welcoming and so interesting to talk to. Joshua made my birthday so special by congratulating with his team. I thought I might feel lonely without friends on my day but that was far not true. I felt as if I am home with family A big thank you to Mohsin (Maksimka) for his help in suggesting on where to go and what places to visit. I hope next time I will have the chance to visit his hometown Jeddah! The perfect cocktails besides the one that Joshua made were from his colleague (so sorry I forgot the name) from Kenya.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Caravan by Habitat Property, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, greeting me with warm smiles and attentive care. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious truck food available on-site. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, transforming each meal into a culinary adventure. Every bite was a delight, adding a unique and flavorful twist to the stay. The charm of Caravan by Habitat Property lies in the distinctiveness of each caravan. Each unit is thoughtfully designed, reflecting a unique character and style that makes the experience truly special. The attention to detail and the creative touches make every caravan feel like a personal retreat, ensuring a memorable stay. Overall, Caravan by Habitat Property combines superb service, fantastic food, and uniquely designed accommodations to create an extraordinary getaway. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!

The stay in Caravan was very nice and enjoyable! We met sunrises in picturesque valley and watched the stars above the mountains in the night. You can take a free ride to the neighboring resort by Habitas and relax near the swimming pool or have a dinner in another restaurant, if you already tried everything you wanted from Caravan food track kitchen. I just want to emphasize, that Caravan stay would not be like 5* stay, as "trailer" has limited space (although has own mini-kitchen, shower and toilet), but we knew what to expect and for us it was unforgettable adventure. But if you are travelling with children or want bigger space, you may want to stay in nearby "Our Habitas" villas. Staff was very friendly an helpful. Our thanks to everyone!

Booking a taxi via reception is quite expensive, compared to alternative taxi options in AlUla, so it may be better to travel by own or rented car.

The Caravan by Habitat site in AlUla is nothing less than exceptional. Surrounded by amazing sandstone rock formations, the caravan was comfortable and well appointed. There was a private covered seating area in the back of the caravan with a sofa and an armchair to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The reception to get to know the managerial staff in the afternoon was well appreciated. We had fantastic discussions with everyone. Breakfast offered great choices and all dishes were excellent local food. The activities offered during the day and at night were fun and easy to join. All in all, we had a very special stay at Caravan by Habitat. It is glamping in an amazing environment. Highly recommend!

It was an unforgettable experience! I enjoyed every moment to the fullest. There were so many activities to try, and my schedule was packed with the complimentary activities they offered during the stay. The natural surroundings and landscapes were both mystical and serene, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. The service was absolutely top-notch.

A minor detail to keep in mind: I’m sensitive to light and prefer a completely dark room. However, due to the nature of a caravan, some light will still come through, even with blackout curtains. So, you may want to bring your own sleep mask to ensure total darkness.
