This place exceeded my expectations by all measures. Leaving that place while remembering 6-7 staff members and their names should definitely give you a good indicator of how hospitable they are! Below is a list of Pros: A) Extremely tranquil, serene, and a great place to relax after a year of work! B) The staff are unbelievable (they are literally in the scope of The Ritz) they remember you by name, they remember your food allergens, they give you a very warm greeting whenever they see you, and if I need help with anything the staff are extremely attentive. Special thanks to the following heroes (Abdulrahman, Mohammed, and Mohannad from the front desk, Raj from the restaurant, Abdulmohsen from the Pool, Charles & Zakariya from the pool bar, and finally Thomas from the Spa). C) The place is like a museum in the middle of the desert and the creative modes of transportation around the resort is genius (Ex. scooters, golf carts...etc). D) The food is really delicious and surprisingly affordable. E) The villas are spectacular with breathtaking views. I can go on and on about the beauty of this place and its people, but I highly recommend you experience it yourself.

Very few things: A) The nearest supermarket is a 20 min drive away (which might be inconvenient to some people) but I had no issues. B) Keep in mind that this place is not a commercial resort (Ex. no TV screens and no room service). That took me out of my comfort zone for sure but I would rate it as a pro, it made me embrace the beauty of the place and its surroundings.

My stay at Habitas Rooms was nothing short of extraordinary. The customer service was impeccable, with every staff member going out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their genuine attentiveness truly enhanced my experience. The property itself is stunning, with its beautiful design and serene atmosphere. The food options were exceptional—each meal was a culinary delight, making it a highlight of my stay. The pool area was undoubtedly the crown jewel of the property. Its inviting ambiance and refreshing waters provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the morning breathing exercises class was a refreshing start to the day. It was a wonderful way to center myself and embrace the tranquil environment. In summary, Habitas Rooms offers a perfect blend of outstanding service, breathtaking surroundings, delectable dining, and rejuvenating activities. It’s an ideal retreat for anyone seeking a luxurious and holistic getaway.

The tardiness of the cart to the main reception. Unfortunately one night we had to wait 25 minutes just to be picked up from our room to the main office.

It was very nice. Room, bathroom, outdoor shower, outdoor sitting area were all good. Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was good. Free electric bicycle.

A bit pricey. Could have been better for the money you pay. No free snacks in the room. Distance between neighbor rooms was a bit less (especially when compared with Ashar tented resort, which in our opinion was better overall). We requested only 2 hours late check out but although it looked quite empty they gave us only half an hour.

A very nicely designed hotel that harmonizes with the surroundings and nature. The villas are located in an intimate setting, guests feel freedom and space. An interesting solution with an additional outdoor shower. Instagram swimming pool where you can take nice photos. You can relax throughout the complex. I recommend Arabic coffee and dates available to guests at the reception. It is worth taking advantage of additional attractions. e.g. meditation with music under the starry sky.

No alcohol. The food was tasty, but we missed the breakfast buffet and Arabic dishes (breakfast is ordered a la carte).

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal, and the resort exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the villas were stunning—luxurious yet seamlessly integrated with the beautiful natural surroundings. The everything was outstanding, and the team, particularly Jashua, Amir, Samuel, Brian, Dilip and the entire crew, were incredibly attentive, kind, and hospitable. They went the extra mile to personalize our stay and make every moment unforgettable. A special mention goes to the romantic dinner setup they arranged for our engagement celebration, which was truly special and deeply appreciated! Overall, Habitas AlUla is a true gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique experience in a breathtaking location. We can't recommend it highly enough and are eager to return!

The property is beyond gorgeous!! The pool is the main attraction of course. Our villa was average sized but cozy. Super cool that it doesnt have a TV, you could stargaze all night. I loved the interior of the villa and my favorite part was the outdoor shower. The morning yoga and meditation sessions were amazing. It was an excellent getaway and i would definitely repeat it.

There were some insects inside the room but they were harmless... it's normal considering the environment. During our stay the e-bikes were not available and we had to call & order a buggy every single time. On our last day the buggy was so late that we missed all our bookings at Hejra and Dadan... that was quite disappointing!

I liked everything in the SPA area and the treatments and workouts.

it is a pity that the staff did not congratulate me on my birthday. Despite the fact that the day before my birthday I was in a restaurant where another birthday boy was congratulated. There was also the situation of a live insect crawling in my husband's salad. The waiter took the dish away and said that she would treat us to dessert as an apology, but we did not receive dessert for 3 days of our stay. The food on the menu tastes terrible, but if you ask them to do what you want not from the menu, it is delicious.

This is one of the most scenic places you can imagine. If you have seen a lot, go here, and you will still be surprised. The valley and the mountains are unbelievable. The view from the swimming pool /restaurant/bar area and the whole scenery is simply mesmerising. Details like trampolines are great ideas and we highly appreciated the creativity of those people who built and designed this complex. Our villa fulfilled all expectations you would expect for that money.

The staff is not sufficiently trained. Some of them are friendly and helpful because they are nice people, others behaved very arrogant and even didn't say hello for hours and for days although we were constantly seeing them– very strange. They receptionists not very professional /informed when it comes to answering your questions about the whole area. The thing we found surprising was the total lack of welcoming us when entering the lobby at arrival, we had to search actively for contactwith the receptionists instead of being greeted, that should not be the standard if you take the price into consideration.

Very nice rooms, excellent complimentary breakfasts (although a little too much & options for less food were chargeable), excellent pool & spa facilities. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Advertised e-bikes removed, unable to extend check out time with many hours to pass before departure flight & no option to use pool & other facilities after checking out of room on day of departure.
