The rooms were on point as per images shown - clean, well maintained and spacious with additional area for working good lighting. The space segregation is perfect. Breakfast is great with many selections of food and location is strategic to few tourist attractions.

Breakfast at the hotel was great with a lot of variety. Couches and the bed were very comfortable. Location is amazing and close to multiple hypermarkets, shopping areas, and the Dammam Corniche. Reception staff were very respectful and supportive. Would recommend for someone looking for a relaxing stay.

The room wasn't fully cleaned when we entered; there were some hairs on the bedsheet. We ordered three pillows from room service but only got one.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. Room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and staff were great and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay.

Great location, great customer service, nice breakfast, pool was good as well. Lovely comfortable studio room - only the space was an issue. Sofa bed was awesome! kitchen was also fabulous, fully equipped and functional.

kids club just had chairs and tables; some toys/play equipment should or activities/board games/ Art & craft - something should have been there. Room not spacious enough: The studio room was congested and felt uncomfortable because of the lack of space. In the pictures, it looked very spacious but I think I got the smaller room. Secondly, the door of the bathroom was right next to the bed which I really disliked.

First and foremost, the personnel. They are all client-centered. They have provided me and my father with an excellent service. They are all devoted to their jobs and all attentive. Overall, exceptional customer service. This hotel is the definition of the word ”PERFECT”. There are malls, shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The restaurant hotel offers mouth watering cuisine. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything you need or want is all there.

I absolutely loved it, it had a sofa bed and an actual bed, it has a very good Internet connection, and the food (other than the breakfast buffet) was amazing, I ordered the fish and chips and pizza it was absolutely delicious and the portion was bigger than the price. The TV was big although not a smart tv but it had youtube. The bathroom was big and spacious, and the parking was good, we found a parking space beside the entrance other than the underground parking area.

There are several thing that I didn't like, the pool view was absolutely depressing, I couldn't see the sun just the building beside us. The service is a bit slow, when you ask for something it'll take a while to do. The shower pressure wasn't good at all, the hot water wasn't good too, u had to take a shower in the bathtub shower but the drain wasn't working so we had to call in someone to do it. The breakfast buffet although it was good but the location wasn't comfortable. Overall I would go back again since the stay was comfortable, these things are manageable and I enjoyed it there, also the Internet connection was better than any hotel I've ever been in.

Booking.com showed to me on the app that this hotel is 5 stars hotel!! unfortunately the staff told me its 4 stars hotel!! please correct this error and don’t misleading us!

Excellent location with huge free parking. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room contained everything you may need. And the breakfast was overall very good , though there were few points of improvement like the juice was not fresh , and may be adding more variety of cheese would improve the quality of food , but we enjoyed it anyway.

-The bed was comfortable AC was good -Hotel location is good. - friendly staff. -room/ hotel decoration was decent. Direct access to hotel rooms for the basement parking. (Plenty of parking space). Kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toester..etc but no coffee machine.

-bed edges are sharp and you might casualty hit your leg on them. - room service never pick up the phone (called 3 times in different times) - dry-water like smell coming from the shower area. - water temperature in the shower doesn't get hot. - we have chosen a non-smoking room, but we noticed that there are some people smoking in the same floor which caused our room to have a smoking smell. Room service cleaning services is not decent

Room and facility is good,good hygienic rooms, Gym is good. The swimming pool is missing. Breakfast is average. Carrefour and some other malls are nearby . One can take a walk in the street. Good for business travellers. Many Indian restaurants are within a couple of Km.
