Really nice staff, good extensive breakfast, restaurants are top. Rooms are quiet. Very nice hotel gifts(fruitbaskets,...)

Fitness room outdated and too small amenities around the beach outdated, not maintained Room smelled, can not ventilate and very small window, so no natural light. Breakfast only open from 0630am which is too late for people that are there on business.

All specially the staff are very accommodating from the welcome committee (i forget the name but he is an Indian staff, day shift during april 07-10,, who help us to take our luggage in and out of the facility), the reception l, the restaurant team special mentioned to Mr. Nima (Nepali) and Miss Ann(Filipina) and all the staff are very polite and attentive and ofcourse the food are sumptous KUDUS to the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail!!! Keep it up. We will book our next eastern Holidays very soon Inshallah.. Eid Mubarak...

During low tide i dont like the muds in the water. I hope the bicycle will be available next time.

We were extremely satisfied and impressed with the service from the staff, the cleanliness of the resort & rooms and the amenities. The convenience of having a private beach was our biggest winner. We had such a wonderful time the first night, which made us extend our stay. The available times for the beach, pool, steam rooms, and sports facilities really allow you to enjoy what is offered on the resort. We simply loved our stay and will definitely be staying here only when we are in Jubail. A heartfelt thanks to Waseem for his kindness and welcoming personality. He made the ride from the reception area towards the beach very pleasant! Thank you to the ladies at the reception desk for being very welcoming as well. We appreciated everything!

The offer from InterCon at this time of the year was a good deal. It's a very good facility, 5 Star of course, and has it's own beach which is great. The property is well-managed and well-maintained. Staff is very professional and helpful.

The hotel has just 3 restaurants and not all of them are open at all times so there are limited options for food. Also, the TV system is still old and needs to be upgraded; it should be replaced with smart TVs that will allow guests to use their own accounts for YouTube, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, etc.

The location was great, the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the private beach was wonderful. We love the coffee guy as well!

The hotel rooms are dated and need a modern uplift. Our TV didn’t work well. The beach area has a lot of potential that is untapped. The mini golf looked abandoned, which could be fun for families. The pool area was not a highlight.

The studf from the reception to the time of leaving were very helpful, give you a great hospitality with a big smile. The beach was very good, restaurant was perfect with skilful chef and professional waiters and they have a good activities that you can do to give your holiday much more fun. I think it is the best beachfront hotel I stayed in in the Eastern province and I almost tried most of them 😂😂

Its a great property to Stay with Family. it has tons of activities. The check in was super smooth by front desk officer Ms Rania. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, rooms are spacious with slightly smaller bathrooms. Hotel has huge parking space and Mr. Ijaz was there to help with valet parking. i wish the property had a bigger pool for family and all age groups.

I explained to them my circumstances and they were very understanding to a request normally hotels do not agree to. I am impressed and registered for their group and will be using their services in the future. I liked that it is loaded with features such as in rooms HDMI outlets, phones, and connections to make video conferences possible

rooms were in two locations. like elevators can take you to certain rooms and then getting to other rooms can require skills. it is not really a disadvantage but it is a personal impreference

I like the atmosphere special that s to the chief I assume he made my day rly remember me after long time did same frensh toast that I’m obsessed with rly amazing and I come every time to this hotel because of the French toast and also I booked the hotel room the girl was super cooperative over all every one is nice and helping I’m so happy and will always be my favorite
