Egyptian manager was Great 👍 seen him at check in & also in check out, smiling face, nice attitude, I can't thank him enough for being so nice & accommodating to me, may ALLAH bless him always.

I wish they dedicated a handicap parking, also install rails at the walking path so older people can easily grap while entering the building. Improve their breakfast a bit.

I booked 3 apartments. 3 bedrooms apartment and the rest one bedroom apartment. All the staff were very friendly and always helpful ... the apartments are very clean, and if the breakfast included, they will serve you the breakfast to the apartment.

The price was actually reasonable and well. The location was good. The check In straight forward and easy. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Parking was excellent l.

The breakfast is not worth the money. Bland and a tasteless eggs no salt no nothing. They don't give you a menu at all or options. This was one of the man let downs of the hotel.

The staff was nice. Good value for money.

The bed was not good. Pillows and mattress was too soft. One will literally sink in the mattress. I am used to sleep on medicated mattress. This was too soft and not comfortable for me.

Location is perfect and quite. Parking is the best you would imagine. the stay and hotel is great overall and would definitely be back again. Thanks to a great and welcoming receptionist Mohammed Alenezi who was nice and gave us a room upgrade.

I just didn’t like the toilet, firstly toilet chair and shower stand are very old and they need to be changed with something new and working properly. Toilet seat is working fine but because it is old design, I had to flush two or three times!!!.

Clean and comfortable hotel to stay and this is not my first time. Comfy beds and total darkness perfect for a sleep during the day. Location and Parking just perfect.

A new menu in the room but when I order for breakfast, I was told “don’t read the menu as we only have a standard free breakfast”.

Great location ,car parking was limited ,outstanding staff specially the receptionist Mr Abdullah Alenazi, clean loopy ,Restursnt area is great for coffee and tea and main meals, I had two complaints 1- the closet bar is a very short to hang your Thoub 2- one of air conditioning was malfunctioning (not working) (Note )- on my checked out, I forget my electrical adapter and my iPhone cable, later when I arrived my destination, I contacted the receptionist regarding this, later (15 minutes) they told me it’s there and you can pick it up anytime.
