Whether it was answering questions with patience, ensuring a smooth check-in, or following up to make sure I was comfortable, he showed an unparalleled level of care. The hotel itself was excellent, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a great price. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and perfectly prepared each morning. However, as wonderful as the amenities were, it was Mohammed who truly set this stay apart. His dedication and personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated in a way I’ve rarely experienced at other hotels. The staff was amazing Location great Parking is good Comfortable

Cleaning is not bad but it could be better especially the sheets

All the staff is well trained, very courteous and responded quickly to all the requests. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar and Heba and the Boushi Khan (the maintenance guy) for accommodating my requests. Though the bathroom is kept clean but seems like the flooring and tiles need renovation. Same case with room carpet, they also need to be replaced. Their Salsabeel restaurant has fresh and tasteful selections. Very detailed room clean up service.

Hard to find parking in their Basement B1. Basement level B2 has no lift, you need to take the stairs to B1 and take the lift from there. Limited breakfast menu. The facade window was not sealed properly and had a constant wind-noise which was a bit disturbing sometimes.

The property was perfect. -Great location close to many to the train stations, restaurants, on the main road, easy access to the city. -Cleanliness: it was clean, 24 hours room services, instant responses from the services teams and front desk for any cleaning services -Staff: was very helpful, supportive, kind and attentive to our needs. -The food: was perfect. I had only breakfast and the options were great I loved the generosity of everyone there

Breakfast was good and contains nice varieties. The experience overall was up to my expectations, however, minor comments are left to improve the service.

Staff of the restaurant and chefs should smile in the morning and ask the guests about their experience, I have never been contacted during my breakfast even other guests. Also, the waiters should make the tables clearance away from the guests as it's too noisy. I faced a water leakage in the bathroom after my shower and thanks to Mr Maged, HK and Eng team in fixing the problem.

Would really like to thank the staff especially ( Ms. EMAN ) , and say that being a receptionist is difficult sometimes but you have definitely made it different as we’ve seen with a smiling face and cheerful attitude and most importantly quick reservation check- in&out. Salsabil by Warwick is really very lucky that they actually have such an amazing receptionist for this hotel, who actually performs all her duties as well as all her responsibilities so very well each and every time. Just thanks will not be enough to appreciate your work. You are such a wonderful person whose work will never fail and thank you for being a part of this hotel.

We loved our stay, there was everything we expected. The room was clean and spacious, the service was great and the staff were very hospitable and kind. We loved the breakfast and the variety of options. There was private parking underneath the hotel which helped our car stay protected from the sun. I loved the sauna and swimming pool. The location was great, there’s a mosque around the corner and it was close to food places, the airport, train station and the mall also. The has been our third time is Saudi and this has been our best stay overall.

There customers next door that were very loud but I wouldn’t say it’s the hotels fault, I’m sure they would have moved us to a different room if we had complained.

Highly professional staff and customer services , accommodative towards needs of customer and queries ,check in was swift and smooth , very professional, proficient in English and welcoming lady receptionist made check in super easy . Rooms super clean ,housekeeping services promptly available and adequate stocked , courteous staff ,cafe had delicious options and dine in was good .environment is serene . Calm and for work place easily you can commute , nearby nice eating outlet if at all you want to stroll around .

The location was excellent.....close to Haramain train station & on straight road to Jeddah airport. There are shops closed by to purchase daily essentials.

There isn't anything I could say I disliked about the hotel. We chose this hotel as stop over for one night; I was going to Medina following day and my wife was flying to Kuwait. It met all our needs. Staff were friendly and courteous, shahoor was good although they did run out of few things (inc. bread for toast) and and didn't top up but there was plenty of other food to eat.

The overall experience was good . staff are very cooperative , professional and efficient . Mr. Majed , Mr. Youssef , Lady at the reception , Mr. Rashed (the bell boy) all were so cooperative. Room service was efficient. The breakfast was superb. location is perfect.

The cleanliness of the floor lobby (outside rooms) need some attention. Pillows are very hard and huge :(
