Modern, comfortable and classy. The staff specially the in house resto manager, Melvin, was super kind. We wanted to eat buffet but we were too late and they were closing and he was kind enough to send a plate of food to us in our room. What hospitality! Thank you

We were a bit late checking out and my husband was quickly taking a shower when everything automatically shut down. This was lacking on our end because we were late but still it was too funny.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel; the staff's especially ( Nawal otayf), warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were elegantly designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style, while the amenities exceeded my expectations. With its central location and impeccable service, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Nothing everything was good.

It was good and comfortable. The restaurant has a nice view on the sea. The room was clean. Staff are nice.

The hallways were not clean. Unlike the room it was very clean. Outside the hotel u could smell Sewage .the location is not that good.

The employees are very friendly. The espresso machine and the drinks corner. Numbers of water bottles. Nite and clean The lighting in the room TV channels are good They allowed the check out to be at 2 PM

The hot water in shower coming cold very fast. Maybe they are trying to minimize the shower time. But time is enough to take a fast shower.

The treatment of the reception staff is very excellent, in addition to the availability of distinctive facilities such as the jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the sea view was distinctive.

The breakfast in the open buffet is excellent, but there are no good paper salads, and the meat available is not fresh.

very nice view from large window towards the sea carpark has plenty of space, just behind the hotel, also available in basement, but didn't try it nice facilities, (swimming pool, beauty saloon for my wife), there was a painting exhibition in the lobby good seafood restaurant available at walking distance good breakfast

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, organising a late checkout time of 2pm. The swimming pool is a must after a busy day, although the opening hours are 9am until 6pm. The breakfast was excellent, I would recommend paying extra for a room with a sea view.

location close to the attraction sites, staff are nice, cleanliness, amazing sea view, the breakfast was great.

notes for improvement: maintenance of the gym, a towels in the gym changing rooms.
