The Receptionist Mr. Saleh was cooperative and friendly. The Housekeeping staff responds well and fast to requests Very peaceful place everything, welcoming, clean suit and fresh

The furniture and the walls was a bit old You need to spend more time and money on the maintenance of the lambs (the bathroom lamb was not functioning) the fan for the exhaust was noisy.

The toilet needs to be renovated Location of the breakfast is Very small and not spacious. The food was supposed to be hot but it was cold and the juices were hot unfortunately.

Actually I loved everything especially the coziness and the view in the room and even in the garden And I would like to thank ms fatmah for everything she was so polite and kind

The room is spacious..all in finger tip..the staff all nice and helpful..the location is great..walking distance from AlAzzam Mall

The toilet good but the water from the shower room is very slow to drainage..the shower room door cant close properly so the water leaking to toilet

Small bathroom in room 2011 need to improve and expand , i ask to change but no room available as staff desk inform Heavy duvet with worn padding not comfy in sleeping 1 electric plug in whole room 2011

Helpfull staff, comfortable room, location in the city center close to everything. Reasonable price, good to have these caliber of hotels in a city like Nakran, it needs more of them. I hope they will some day build a bigger, taller, more luxurious branch of this hotel.

Some of the furniture although clean, but were old and I think it needs to be changed as there are stains. Also some of the TV channel were not clear.

One of the best hotels in Najran, it's good to have such establishments in Najran, the city needs more of this. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Bed was comfortable and AC was good. I hope they can upgrade to a bigger building with more rooms and facilities and expand to make more branches in the future, all the best.
