Ahmad at reception was exceptional All staff were very nice and polite

Bed was not comfortable We had several beds that had dips in middle Showers were not consistent and water was very low pressure Dirty towels were not always replaced with clean towels we had to regularly ask for clean towels English speaking staff was poor Ahmad at reception was elite and was extremely accommodating in all our requirements

The Room was big and clean. The staff was great especially Rayan Sulaimani at the front desk! Location was great, close to the airport and the exhibition center

The Wifi was weak and unavailable at some times in the room

1. The staff was very very helpful and gentle 2. The warmed swimming pool is very useful 3. Wide vast rooms

1. The light was not enough in the suite 2. Internet coverage was unstable 3. Mobile network was disaster inside the suite (Mobily Network), I have to go outside the hotel for calls and messages 4. No king size beds, only single beds are available

Rooms corridors reception the full property was very neat and clean Enough Parking space, The services were very prompt just dial '0' for any service and the doorbell rings with smile :-)

For summer they should make sheds for the parking outside the hotel, the entry to basement parking is a bit congested.

Cleanliness. Mr Ahmed at the reception was very helpful. He helped us throughout. I would rate his service 10/10.

The swimming pool was dirty. My kids were upset and didn’t swim. Need more options for breakfast buffet. If it was continental it would have been nice. The price was high to what was being served in the buffet.

The coffee guy is great at greeting the lobby and reception is nice and cozy for waiting or meeting someone. And big thumbs up for Mr Abdulrahman Al Somaily for helping us fix an issue we faced quickly great guy.

I had trouble trying to go anywhere on foot, the hotel is on the highway, all services like supermarket, mosque, pharmacy, restaurants, etc were on the other side of the road, it was a suicide mission to try to cross. And I wouldn't take a taxi just to cross the road honestly. Hopefully next time some new services will open on the same side.

I stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment. The location of hotel was nearby my travel needs. Starbucks coffee just close to it. in a few minutes driving, there are many other coffee shops, markets, mall, pharmacies etc. The property is very spacious, neat and very comfortable.

The electricity sometimes went off for a while, which disturbs my and my family preparations a little bit as electricity came back quickly.

Location is great, near IKEA, Danub store and several restaurants and attractions. Quite place, staff are smiling always, welcoming attitude, the swimming pool is big and there is life guard. Plenty of parking space available. Loved the booth for dates and Arabic coffee in the spacious reception lounge that is well decorated

The comfortable rooms and ambiance of the who suite.the complete utensils in the kitchenette we didn't expect to be available there.the accomodating receptionist and other staffs.the whole ambiance of the lobby is astonishing.

The swimming pool is exclusive for male guests as their general rule..it should be allowed to adult female also if we are a family unit coming there.also,the incomplete items in the rooms which we expect as an executive suite it will be complete with towels, slippers etc.To give complete items such us bath towels, slippers,toothbrushes with and soaps good for 6 adults readily available in the rooms,so the guest will not ask for additional items when needed.
