Rooms are: Clean Spacious Comfortable Very good smell Front office and room service team are friendly and helpful. Hospitality in reception is very good. Room furniture are in good condition and clean TV and special bundles (Netflix, shared,.......etc) are available ,Internet speed and quality is good.

Kitchen facilities are old and need maintenance and replacement for some items. Need kettle in rooms Need ironing kit in the room I may propose the install decorative wooden partition between the tables assigned for breakfast and the reception sofas . I believe guests will feel more comfortable.

My co-worker and I originally booked separate rooms, but for the same price, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment—a thoughtful and client-friendly gesture. The furniture in our apartment was somewhat worn but still in decent condition. The breakfast was good, mainly featuring local dishes. However, some variation would have been nice, as the options were the same every day. A nice touch was the complimentary Arabic coffee and dates available all day at the reception. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk from the "Ministry of Interior Affairs" Metro stop on the blue line. It was also conveniently close to Olaya Street, making taxi and Uber pickups easy. The neighborhood felt safe, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby.

Although the apartment was clean upon arrival, there was no housekeeping service throughout the week. It is not necessary to clean every day, but it would have been nice if some basic cleaning and replenishments would have been provided.

The hotel is walking distance to the metro station (5min) and many shops, restaurants and markets is around. Pretty comfortable stay. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Thin walls which can be abit annoying if there are loud people around. Few staff members can be rude but thankfully the front desk staff are very accommodating especially Ahmed. Had a minor incident with the restaurant staff but it was quickly resolved by the front desk staff (Ahmed) and also as a form of apology got a room upgrade which was really appreciated and a form of good gesture and quick action plan. Also, night staff are hospitable and the complementary red tea at the front desk is a nice gesture. Was happy to get enough water bottles during my stay as it gets pretty hot during the day so thats another good point. They have a parking area which was convenient. Overall good stay.

The breakfast variety is not much and same everyday and the food is cold. They didn't have enough seating space to accommodate all guest during breakfast time so some people have to take their breakfast to the room. The bathroom derange system needs to be checked as there was some smell in the bathroom. No room service until requested and need to request for fresh towels and so when needed.

The most I liked about the hotel is the staff, cleanliness, and location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are surely of asset to this hotel. The hotel is clean outside and inside the rooms. Daily houskeeping is done when requested. The location is at the center of the city or close to it. Many useful stores are near it. Making everyday needs to be easily met. Overall, great stay and would be my 1st choice if I visit the city again.

Breakfast can be better. It was mostly of same dishes day in and day out. Furthermore, the policies of non-smoking areas needs to be implemented more, as there are a lot of guests who smoke in the hallway or the rooms and the smell reaches everywhere.

Kind, professional and friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping, all really nice people! Quick check in/out, everything works in the room. Comfy bed with a great selection of pillows too. Very good location for my business needs. It’s not the first time I stay and I will certainly go back. The furniture is on the “antique” side, but in good condition (in my room). Breakfast is good, but unfortunately repetitive if one stays for longer periods of time as I do. Unfortunately a very limited choice of English speaking tv channels (not the hotel’s fault I suppose), but that’s the only sore point.

Good location in Olaya quarter, not very far from Faisalaia Tower. I had a suite going to the backside of the hotel, spacious, quiet and with nice view. Comfortable bed. Staff okay, as well breakfast. Supermarket close, but few restaurants.

I had reserved a normal room. When checking in they showed me a quite small room and told me that most rooms have no window. Completely not acceptable for me. They offered me a suite for 25 Euros more per night. I accepted and was content at the end. The equipment of the room is dated, you have problems to find a working socket. Finally the kitchen equipment is old and very poor, pans etc.

We reached in morning and got an early check-in without any fuss. Infact it was breakfast time & the receptionist even allowed us free complimentary breakfast. These 2 acts of kindness alongwith the pleasant smile had me bowled over. Thank you very much.

Rooms can be bit bigger but for a small family on sight seeing trip needing room only for nights rest it was acceptable. Although our room was non-smoking there was on and off smoking smell in our room. The reason could be anything but I think it was more to do with some sort of common duct connection with the adjacent room where bachelors were smoking. A big drawback.

Nice hotel, with interesting decoration. Very big and majestic. Once we arrived we were told that the room we had booked was not available, so they upgraded us to a suite that was basically an apartment, that was amazing. Everything was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities, and the living room had two couches and good wifi. The breakfast included saudi dishes and was overall good. There was a coffee counter where you could order coffee for an additional charge.

The kitchenette area was very badly kept, with just a few random pots and utensils that you could tell were very old. Same for the fridge. We didn’t use any of these, but in comparison with the rest of the apartment, the kitchen was quite sad and old. Since the room was in one of the last floors, in the morning we were woken up by many pigeons making noise.

They give room same as pic, requested 1 bed and they give as requested, bathroom looks nice, AC good clean bed and linens, there’s window but internal not on the street or open view, the breakfast is really big meal with coffee, they refund the night I didn’t slept there over all its really comfortable

The room service kinda coming late when u request or maybe that time they had staff shortage, the TV was working with it self like if it’s connected between 2 rooms, far from airport

The hotel staffers are friendly ,nice and welcoming .They resolve the tenants’ problems immediately. The breakfast is diversified and cater for all tasters. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets , banks , pharmacies and restaurants .It’s located at the heart of Riyadh. I take this occasion to thank Ahmad from Egypt ,Abdulkarim from India and all Saudi staff for their prompt response to the clients’ requests.
