I had a wonderful stay at Erfad Otel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thanks to Yazen at the reception—he was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great local tips. The service staff were also fantastic—polite, attentive, and made sure the rooms and common areas were always clean and comfortable. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my entire stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place with genuine hospitality!

The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was very pleasant upon check in and we were welcomed with a fresh juice. They gave us one of the 2 rooms early which allowed us to continue with our day easily.

The room had a window, however there was a wall against it and therefore we could only see a wall and no light was able to come through. At night it was very cold and there was no heating system. There are very few sockets in the room so If you are sharing a room it is difficult to charge your devices. We had to remove one lamp to be able to charge our phones.

Clean, comfortable, and with friendly service that didn’t hover—just the right amount of attention! Plus, the location was centrally located for my various meetings.

Like much of Riyadh, the hotel is conveniently located next to a construction site, but to help with the noise and view, my room's windows were drylined—lovely touch! Thankfully, since I was out at meetings, I didn’t mind, and the room itself was so spacious and fabulous, I nearly needed a map to find my way around!

The rooms are lavishly spaced and dressed, and all social facilities are in great shape. Breakfast is truly awesome.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself; there is a construction place nearby.

Friendly staff

They asked me to transfer deposit before arriving at the time they have the Visa information and they can deduct the amount if I cancel. Breakfast was below expectation, needs to be improved. The noise coming from other rooms was a big issue, I couldn’t sleep well! I’ll not repeat this experience again!

The hotel is perfectly clean which we appreciate most. There is always someone who cleans it e.g. during the breakfast. By the way, breakfast is so delicious, very rich choice, the best we had during our stay in Saudi. Staf is so nice and helpful. You even receive welcome drink - mango juice. Free coffee and dates in the lobby are a great bonus.

Just one small thing - with the increasing number of tourists from Europe, it would be great if you have an adapter to borrow for the guests on the reception desk.

My friend who travelled to Riyadh before recommended me to choose from one of the international branded hotels, but they are enormously high priced in Riyadh. So I tried looking for some alternatives that are clean and nice looking and I landed at Erfad page. This hotel is much better than I expected. Rooms with double beds are huge (while room with 2 beds is smaller). The hotel is new and clean, rooms are well equipped, staff is very friendly and helping. Breakfast is good, outside pool on the top floor is small, but still very nice. Also there is a gym in the hotel, but I didn't have time to visit it.

The bed was very comfortable. Also, the staff were very friendly. The hotel manager was very kind.

Not many options in the restaurant buffet, especially the drinks.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Highly recommended

Check in / check out process shall be faster and smoother, other than that all comments are minor and not worth mentioning

I loved the greeting from the recipient and the great hospitality with mango juice and the smile of the staff, and they got that feeling that they are working in their own hotel by their hospitality. The room was perfect and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and organized Everything was amazing, and i will make it my go-to hotel in every visit to Riyadh. Please continue the great work
