Rooms don’t have room spray available separately. There were also internet issues in some rooms. If you need reliable high-speed internet during your stay, I recommend purchasing a SIM card and data plan upon arrival. I had a bad experience with the hotel’s internet—it was extremely slow. I couldn’t make video calls properly, watch movies or reels, or load websites efficiently using the hotel’s provided Wi-Fi.

I love the food of its restaurant especially its grilled salmon. The staff are hospitable, assistive, and accommodating. Its location is accessible to beaches, restaurants, and malls.

Its cleanliness is very good ... but may i still suggest to be more attentive in every corner. There's a leakage under the toilet's sink which needs to fix. Thank you.

Big room, comfortable bed .powerful shower, provided with complimentary tea coffee and even fruits., eating plate and cutlery, freezer and drinking water .hotel having swimming pool, table tennis, kid play room, gym and conference room. Coffee house in the lobby and breakfast area. Plenty of parking space.

Nothing. Almost perfect. Beautiful city and people. Only traffic summon easily get caught with 80km/h speed limit in the city.

The staff was super efficient. Really quick check in and friendly. Good Parking.Polite staff.Very neat rooms.

Location is not that good. No restaurants or grocery stores nearby. The breakfast was not upto standards expected in Ibis other branches. Very limited options. A live omlete option was available but no cook available when I went. Room service menu was limited and also took a lot of time to deliver. No tooth brush and tooth paste available in the washroom. No proper English channels available on the TV.

Tidy and clean and then receptionist Jumana (if i remember her name right), she was exceptionally good nice and friendly. Very helpful and respectful.

I wish all of their staff is same but that one fat saudi guy with glasses on reception was a typical and rude. Can’t remember his name even.

Customer service showcased by staff especially Mr. Shareef, Ms. Reham, Ms. Maram and Ms. Bayadir were outstanding. Big shoutout to the team. they made the process hassle free. Would definitely recommend it my friends and colleagues.

The breakfast is improved from previous visits. More selections. I enjoyed the smoked salmon although the pancakes were very rubbery. Room was clean with lots of plug-in points.

The side table in the room next to the bed was slightly broken and the room next door had a water issue that flooded the main hallway.

Value of money, the service of front desk employees, the cleanness of the rooms, the facilities & generally the hotel is very nice if you consider the number of stars and paid amount.

Excellent staff team !! perfect in all possible elements ... even to the tiniest of details ... Especially the reception ladies who welcomed room change and late check-outs with utmost kindness ...

Bed ... the mattress and pillows were worn out and must be replaced ... they don't look super clean as well ... also, some of the rooms were smelly ... but you can always change those
