The overall personal treatment. The desk agent Robbie went above and beyond for us. We had a problem with booking.com. He helped us with situation. He was very experienced with talking to Booking.com. I loved the hotel but I will never book with Booking.com again. There mistake not ours and didn’t want to help us tell my husband had to let them know that he was the customer and they hadn’t made him happy. Robbie dealt with situation on his end of the problem. I am glad we have people like Robbie to help people.

The facilities were great! They were clean and well-maintianed. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortabel, as was our bed.

Breakfast service was below average, as the individual responsible for managing the breakfast did not report for work that day. The desk manager did his best to respond to concerns, and I commend him for his attitude and response.

Our second time to stay at this hotel. Location is close to the interstate. Staff is professional and friendly. There is two eateries across the parking lot you can walk to. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was well stocked and good. You can fill up your gas tank across the street and be on your way.

Quiet location. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

The heater in our room did not function properly. It was below freezing outside and we spent the night in a cold room. I slept with my sweater on. Would have been more comfortable if extra blankets had been provided. Decent breakfast except that the raisins and walnuts (for the oatmeal) were stale.

Nice clean room. Very noise. Fire dept across street and train somewhere behind us so you could hear lots outside noise all night. Pool very small but warm. No hot tub. Lots water pressure in shower. I know it's a Hilton but rather expensive.

The room was recently remodeled which was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good, had a variety of foods, just what you would expect from a hotel breakfast.

Hotel has been newly renovated, it was nice! Kolby was the young man that checked us in and he was very professional and friendly. Room was quiet.

Ice machine on second floor did not work.

Clean, modern-retro design. Great coffee and pretty good breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very nice.

The only two things I didn’t like: 1) the beds were comfortable, but hard; 2) the tile on the floor of one of the elevators was cracked and lifting up.

The nightstand hadn’t been cleaned and the Men’s room off the front lobby needed cleaning.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Short stop for the night but was good location. Would be easy stop for us on way back and forth to Florida.
