The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower had great hot water but the shower stall was a bit tight for me. The room also had a mini refrigerator a sofa and big windows. I also liked that I had access to the efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator with a stove with 2 electric burners. The kitchen had the basic appliances to make breakfast or a light dinner. The kitchen area also had a coffee machine , the coffee was complimentary with some pastries as well. The hostess Giorgia was very attentive and very hospitable, she always wanted make sure that all was well with the accommodations. Giorgia has a wonderful personality and always greeted you with a wonderful smile.

I had a little difficulty finding the Palazzo Mari because the the building address number blends in with wall of the building. Not too big of deal, I had help from the local neighbors on the block to find the entrance door. My room could use some "Black-Out" curtains because of the sunlight. There's a little traffic road noise during the morning and afternoon even though it's a somewhat narrow street. The church bell across the street might be a bit loud for some guest during the morning hours.

Spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities such as a safe, a closet to hang clothes and a hair dryer. Large bathroom with a wonderful shower. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with luggage storage available prior to check in. Location was great! Steps from the train station and next to restaurants and shops.

The bedroom was very spacious, but only had a queen (2 smaller beds pushed together)- which we knew from the listing. A king sized bed would have made this place perfect!!

Breakfast was at La Tavernetta on Via Roma 99. There is only one sweet pastry and one hot drink. On the first day the service is a bit distant, but on subsequent visits it is very friendly. In the hotel itself there is a cappuccino machine in the kitchen and lots of cookies, cakes, etc. The cappuccino machine often shows an error message in Italian saying "container full". Then you have to pull the black panel away at the front and empty the container with the used capsules. How to fill up the water is intuitively clear, but Lavazza has not implemented well how to empty the capsule container. On the first day, this is your first challenge*g*

Please add a little bit more breakfast in the hotel kitchen. It would have been nice if there had been English-language TV programs, and perhaps these had been laid out with program space in the hotel folder. I tuned to channel 100, but only found Italian programs. At the other two hotels we visited before and after, there were only Italian programs. Maybe there are no English channels on the Italian cable network?

Perfect for families! We stayed with our family and child—everything was great. The place is clean and beautiful, with a full kitchen and included breakfast. You can eat outside or in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly, and there’s free coffee and cookies in the lobby. A great choice for families and kids. Worth it!

Very big appartment! It is even better then it looks on the pictures. 2 separate rooms with very well equipped kitchen! The bathroom is huge! Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is also very warm. Location did not play a role for us because we were just passing by but the town looked cozy and parking was close to the appartment.

It's a wonderful accommodations, a gem in the middle of a small town!!! It gives you a feel of strong Italian culture. It's recommended to be at this place.

Nearby locality could have been better & consider to climb upto 2nd floor of historic italien building.

I cannot deny there are quite a few steps to walk up to the room but it is worth the effort when one is welcomed by the owner Giorgia and sees the tastefully decorated accommodation. It is spacious with all the modern facilities. There is a communal kitchen where there is surprising amount of attractive sweets. All this is in a historic building. I would recommend anyone who loves real Italian life to stay here.

Everything was awesome. Apartment was really comfortable, beautiful and well organized. The owner was accommodating, communicative and kind. I really recommend this accommodation to everyone.

It was a great stay, our hostess even landed us some bicycles, the kitchen was well equipped and we felt at ease to have dinner in the hotel. We would definitely recommend it to singles couples and families

If I have to find something which could be improved, but only because I suffer from neck ache, well it would be the pillows.

Lovely rooms, large bathroom, excellent shower. Our host was friendly and helpful with various local recommendations. Location is ideal, 5 mins walk from the train station and a couple of minutes from the main square.
