We loved the location and the room decor and cleanliness. We also loved the spa tub in the king suite.

The room was very hot, we didn't know how to use the AC or if there was AC in the room so unfortunately the room did get really hot for us.

The hotel is very close to the airport and they offer complementary transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was great and they have drinks and snacks available all day. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. I especially liked the shower. I would stay again for the shower. It’s like being under the rain. The check in, use of room amenities and check out was very easy. They even held my luggage and took me to the airport after check out time.

The hotel is on a busy highway so the traffic is understandable. I could hear the traffic from my room. I know they cant help that however there is a lot of noise inside the hotel. My room was near the lobby(most rooms are by the way) so I could hear the noise from the breakfast noise. Also, I could hear very clearly the people leaving and walking by my room. I would stay again and request the room furthest from the lobby.

Location was excellent the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They changed my check in date with no problem and shuttle service was a huge bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

My room was a bit noisy and the shower head was hanging loosely and did not work properly. I stayed one night therefore it wasn’t a big deal.

We loved our room, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious. The coffee and guava water were amazing, we really enjoyed them. Also all the personnel was very sweet!

The only thing we didn't like was that we were so far from everything. We had to walk awhile to get the bus. The closest restaurant was a Birria place. Ate there and that was enough for our trip.

I really liked the location because it was near the airport. Also there is a restaurant inside and it’s open until 10pm. They also provide transportation to the airport which fits 8 people and about 10 suitcases.

Breakfast was delicious, clean and the staff was super friendly. Super close to the airport.

My family brought a car and they don't have many spaces to park the car in the hotel, so we had to find parking at a separate location that we had to pay separately.

Convenient location, friendly staff including airport shuttle driver, great complimentary breakfast too.

Noisy housekeeping staff in the morning, could interfere if trying to sleep in also noisy early morning departing guests, rooms aren’t very sound proof. Front desk staff didn’t speak much English for non Spanish speaking guests, makes it hard to get directions to airport shuttle pick up

The desk personnel were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was enjoyable. Offering free shuttle to the airport was the service that made my choice.

The cafe protocal was confusing for non-Spanish speaker. Push the button for service was foreign to me. The female server passed my table 5 times without looking at me, offering a smile or speaking. I got up and left.

Great location close to the airport with a free shuttle. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

A little disappointed with the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not replenished quickly enough and items were missing from the dinner menu.

I really love all the facilities that the hotel have. The staff were incredibly gentle, room were comfortable. I went for a concert and I just love that the hotel has the ease of transportation to and from the venue at an affordable price.
