I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

Everything is done to have secluded rest. The beach is excellent for kids and for adults. The view from the beach is amazing. We tried another beach in Pattaya, but this in Andaz is way more comfortable to get into the sea and swim. The infinity pool on the beach and pools in the hotel are very cozy and not so crowded. There is a kids club with various activities. We tried fish feeding. The kids loved it. The service and personnel do their best to make feel you comfortable and happy. The design of the hotel and facilities are excellent. The spa is great with Japanese bath ( onsen), Turkish bath and Finish bath. The gym has everything to do a good workout. The restaurants have a great variety of choices. We loved Thai restaurant. We loved our stay at Andaz Pattaya.

We stayed 9 nights in Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach at the end of January and beg of February. I cannot describe how splendid this hotel is. Staring from staff kindness and attention, the facilities ( gym 24hours! Wow!) saunas, spa, restaurants and all the facilities that this hotel has to offer. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels before but this one for me is a well deserved 5 star hotel. Full of charm, style, authenticity and hospitality. If only all 5 star hotels were like this one! Exemplar! A special wow goes to the decoration of the room, the amazing gym machines, breakfast! One of the best breakfast I have tried!

The 2 negative things that I need to note thought, however I cannot say whether it really depends on the hotel. The first one is that few days there was a very strong canalisation smell. The last day was really strong even with closed door was really hard to be in the room. Second is there were sometimes lots of plastic in the sea, but I guess it’s the Pattaya beaches that are not very clean themselves.

the room is very comfortable and big size. the green views of this hotel is perfect. i took many photos staffs are helpful and fast actions.

the Wok Wok restaurant and Italian restaurant are not quite good for the food quality. hope you could improve in my next visit.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a private villa with sea-view and pool and it was indeed great and indeed private. The bathroom is huge, like I have never seen before and wonderfully decorated, there were two bathrooms actually (a small toilet room also), the bed was very confortable, the pool view from bedroom and living room was great. We had complementary breakfast and all the beverages and fiid in the fridge were included. The gardens are amazing…. So relaxing to watch and take a walk. The infinity pool was perfect and there were always beds available at the pool and in the beach. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety. In my opinion all the rooms facing the garden are great! We felt sorry to leave and our stay could have been longer!

There was a small problem… but not reffering to the resort. We took a walk on the beach going to the left side as you look at the sea… and on our way back we found ourselves surrounded by 7-10 dogs. We had to stay on some rocks and wait for them to leave in order for us to reach back the hotel un-bitten.

The hotel has beautiful gardens, pools. Room is very well decorated and comfortable. The private beach is also lovely, even if not super exciting in terms of waves. However, super beautiful sunsets guaranteed. Pools for kids are super nice.

Most of the food is a bit overpriced for what it is. Breakfast is €28 per person. I have tasted better and for less. But prices went up in general in Thailand. The seafood restaurant at the beach did not have a very impressive carte. Eating outside will require a minimum of 10 to 20mn due to the location. Often, items not ordered are being brought to the table by mistake or incomplete orders. But always in a very friendly way….

Great holiday destination. Great facilities. Amazing staff. However I think I was overcharged for an upgrade offered to me at the desk when I arrived. Left a bitter/ sweet taste in my mouth. Nevertheless we spent time around the pool, it was very quiet. Breakfasts could have had a much better variety of high quality food - work to be done in this. The spa was excellent. The attentive staff made this overall a very nice treat.

Staff, service, facility

When i check in, reception desk requested me the actual credit card(which already paid in advance) i guess it is way too much even if that is hotel policy. That policy must be improved. In thesedays? All information was shared via various method(email, apps, text etc). I used my husband credit card and i had to submit his passport copy even he was not with us. What if my company paid my accommodation?

Lovely hotel in amazing scenery, soo green with great beach and variety of pools and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was awesome, had dinner there once at the Thai restaurant and enjoyed it too. Rooms are spacious and loved the fact that the toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a heated seat! Lots of space to hang your cloths too and store your luggage and nice size balcony. Staff was very friendly and we loved every minute of our stay. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed on for another week. Great property!

The reception area was very welcome. The room was big, bathroom was large with powder room and small walk-in closet. The foods were all nice both dinner and breakfast - especially the coconut juice.

Even the facility was newly open, some maintenance was not keep up - wooden floor. Patong-go was too hard to bite. Swimming pool water was not clear, I was not sure whether the water or the decoration itself made the pool look dirty. My pool at home had clearer water.
