I really liked the breakfast because it was well cooked and there was variety involved. I also liked the location of the hotel and its proximity to local attractions.

I can't honestly recall what I didn't like because I was only there for one night and therefore couldn't possibly give an accurate judgment in this instance.

First of all, the hotel room is clean and the price/performance ratio is good.

But it does give me a hard time. Because the address of the hotel is wrong, it is not located on the registered street, but on a remote street, taxis cannot stop at the entrance of the lobby, and you need to drag your luggage for more than 100 meters, and the road is very uneven. I arrived in Shenyang at the beginning of June, and left on 19th of June, I was stayed at the hotel twice. The two taxi drivers installed maps and GPS and couldn't find the location of the hotel. When I check out the hotel and asked the front desk staff to help me call a taxi to the airport. They refused, saying that I could go to the street to intercept it. Even if they called a taxi for me, there was no way to stop at the entrance of the lobby. On the afternoon of June 18th, I just checked in and went back to the hotel after lunch. There were many tourists gathered in the lobby. Later I learned that it was a tour group from South Korea. I patiently waited in line for the elevator, but the tour group was very chaotic and kept jumping in line, so I had to wait in the rest area on the side of the lobby. About 30 minutes passed, and the hotel has not had any staff come out to ease the traffic. As a result, many guests cannot use the elevator. About 30 minutes later, I saw that the Korean tour group had basically left by the elevator, so I waited for the elevator with a few other guests. However, when the first elevator arrived, the Korean tourists rushed over. A Korean (probably a tour guide) actually stopped us with her arm and prevented us from getting on the elevator. When the rest of the Koreans got on the elevator, she still stopped me and the other two long-awaited guests and signaled us not to take the same elevator with them. I was very angry and went to the lobby manager to complain and they took down my complaint.
