The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The Portside Restaurant on the Roof Top was a game changer for drinks and excellent food on the roof of the hotel every night. Amazing place to hangout and decompress your day.

This place is an absolute Gem in the Riviera Maya, clean and comfortable. I would like to see the bar open at 10:00 AM and then the restaurant opens at 3pm. Access to some snacks and drinks would be ideal. Hope the spa opens soon and the downstairs restaurant as well. Will make this place unbeatable.

Staff, especially Ilse who was sweet and moved us to the king room we should have gotten at check-in however the storm caused loss of electricity and all power. Rooftop pool and views were amazing, we were sad that the restaurant wasn’t open yet, the photos online were misleading.

No restaurant, limited breakfast, should have.been pastries from Boulongerie across the street that were excellent, even if only one per person. Breads provided were tasteless and fresh OJ was always running out. On a positive note, coffee was excellent! Staff was always friendly & kind.

The shower was very hot and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to many cafes, restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The facilities are very modern. The bed is very comfortable. A lot of reviews we read stated a problem with loud live music but we didn't find it a problem.

There was no hair dryer provided, and the room and balcony could use more furniture. The pillows were also quite thick, making them uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, everything else was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean, great housekeeping service. Free coffee/espresso and juice in the morning. The rooftop plunge pool was fantastic. It offered great views and comfortable chairs. The pool area shares a space with a restaurant that opens at 3. They restaurant was great and really worked to make the experience nice. The location was FANTASTIC, very close to central, bars, restaurants. Laundry and juice bar next door. Nice restaurant and bar at the street level. Amazing French bakery/coffee shop/breakfast across the street. About 3 blocks from the beach!

Not an issue for us as we knew what we were booking, but the location is just off the main street that has many restaurants that play live music. The music generally ends at 10PM but on occasion goes till 11PM. We loved it. But I did hear a couple of people complaining. For US the location was PERFECT. If you want it quite, you need to stay 4 blocks further from the centro.

The location is great, surrounded by many restaurant options, live music, shops, near the main square, and easy short walk to the beach. The bathroom was well stocked, nice rain shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were not. Basic room with all you need, including a safe. It was adequate for our stay, as we were out for most of the day. Would prefer coffee maker in the room and as others have said, can be noisy at night with live music nearby. The music stopped about 10:30, so not too bad.

The location was great, a few steps from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown square and the beach. The room was clean and easy to get around in. Air conditioning was a must after a day of walking around and for good sleeping at night. I like how each room had their own a/c unit. Staff was very responsive and friendly!

The only thing I would change would be the shower head...I never felt like I got a completely wet! But that's a minor complaint.

Areia boutique is a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos - super central, clean and with simple decor and comfortable facilities. The roof terrace with a pool and bar are outstanding and the bar staff couldn’t be friendlier. We had a nice dinner there with superb views of the sea and the sunset, it’s really unique to Puerto Morelos. If you’re looking for b&b, this doesn’t offer a breakfast but does have pastries and coffee in reception.

The room was clean,modern and spacious. The mattress was so comfortable,one of the best beds I have slept on. The hotel is near the beach and many restaurants. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful(unfortunately I don't remember her name,but I believe it started with IL) Will definitely come back when in the area.

There was no hot water on the first night and none in the morning.

The hotel looks like its new. Comfy beds, big TV, very centrally located. Pool top. Pool little fresh and no bar service. No restaurant but right by the hotel is a small bar where you can eat. Opposite is a french bakery. 5 min walking to the beach

One street further is live music until 1 am and it feels like he is playing in the hotelroom…..

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous roof deck with infinity pool and bar. Complimentary water, (good) coffee and snacks. Nice shower. Easy street parking. Close walk to beach. Helpful receptionist who booked us a snorkeling tour on almost no notice.

Everything was good.
