We used the hotel as a transit to Matsue, having spent a week in Shikoku so it was perfectly located. The view is of other buildings however OK from 8th floor. The chance to have take out breakfast (to room) was good. Got very crowded downstairs when went to collect the breakfast (hence why we chose to take it away) as the lobby also acts as the eating areas, waiting area and luggage storage area / check in. Affordable. On the dislike or suggestion side - compact spaces could be better made use of if they added small things like shelving in vacant space in room, made beds a little narrower when there a twins so you can actually open moderate sized luggage and walk past each other. Ours was 15sqm and there could be better use of space generally. Typical business hotel however (we’ve seen a few in 10 Japan visits).

Basic amenities and the best value for money. Our twin room was comfortable even though it was a little bit small to find the spot to put 2 luggages on. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was self controlled, bathroom had good flow of water, staffs were very helpful and welcoming full of Japanese hospitality. Breakfast was simple. The location was the best for us who used public transportation mainly on our trip. It is simple business hotel but clean and has good customer services.

For this price we had no complaints.

The free breakfast is good, a lot of variety of Japanese breakfast. The location is just next to Marugame Station. The check in and check out process is automated and fast. The view from our room in 14th floor is really beautiful since we can enjoy the panorama of the city of Marugame with mountain and sea background, and also the Seto Chashi Bridge which across the sea from Shikoku island to Honshu island.

The bed is quite hard, not really comfortable.

Everything is good, really I can't complain Staff is very nice and helpful with foreigners, good food for breakfast and dinner Marugame castle is up to a 10 minutes walk Closer to shotengai Very clean and well... By far, they give an excellent service

If I get picky... I can say that carpets aren't so clean as they should, but I really don't care about it Also it's a little hard to find restaurants open for lunch

An excellent business hotel with all the usual features (clean, comfortable western-style bed, shower/hot bath and laundromat) plus free noodles at dinner time and a free breakfast which gave it a business hotel/hostel combo as everyone was in the dining area chatting, especially at dinnertime.

The location is super convenient being right in front of the station. The rooms and common areas were very clean. They also provide a free breakfast which is a rarity in Japan. This is my fourth stay at this location of this hotel and I will certainly be back again.

There aren’t that many restaurants in the area so you may need to walk a bit if you want to eat out.

The hotel is located right in front from the train station, very easy to find. it was a very clean and comfortable room – very simple, not luxurious, but it had all we needed for one night stay. The breakfast was included and it was delicious Japanese-style breakfast with fresh made rice, onigiri, pickles, sausages, soup, bread, coffee and tea.

There was nothing we disapproved, all went well.

Location was excellent- just across from the station. The communal eating area had lots of vending machines plus a microwave where you could heat your own food. When we visited they were serving tasty local-style udon for free in the evening! Staff were super conscientious. An excellent stay😊

The breakfast was normal for Japanese hotel. The facility was insufficient to accommodate all visitors when the hotel is fully booked. Nevertheless there was a option to bring your breakfast to your room that I learn later - very convenient.

Across the road from the station, lovely staff and room. Free Udon noodles at dinner time and free breakfast. Luggage storage on check out while we did more exploring. Great facilities.
