The staff was always friendly and attentive. The room and property were well taken care of and clean. The bed was comfortable. The price was good, especially in Polanco. The location was right for all of our needs.

The towels are in need of replacement. They are stiff and rough. The linens make such a statement of the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and are remembered. The lighting in the sink area is terrible. My wife rates hotels and whether she wants to return based on if the lighting is conducive to applying her makeup. Install an additional fixture or two with proper color temperature bulbs, or get a lighted makeup mirror for the counter, again with proper color temperature lights.

It's a fantastic place to stay within walking distance of really great restaurants in Polanco. The staff is very friendly and one member of the team, Morad, was especially helpful throughout my stay. I look forward to staying there again when I visit CDMX.

I had some friends staying across the street at the W and they wanted to see the lobby and my room, to consider it for a future stay. Security is great, but some of my guests were uncomfortable that the guard took a photo of their IDs. Other than that, I have no actual complaints. The efforts they go to in keeping us safe and secure are otherwise excellent. A very minor thing is that I wish the lighting was dimmable as the room seemed very bright even with only 1 set of lights on.

The place has a great location. The staff is very friendly with a special mention to Morad who was very informative. Excellent Wi-fi service, I had to work a couple of hours from the room and I didn't have any speed problems. The bed was very comfortable. Security is a plus, they had a person at the door 24/7. If you don't feel like staying in a big Hotel, this is the right place, an old and beautiful house, set as Hotel Boutique

In the room, Antoinette, where I stayed did not have a full-body mirror. I think they can improve the room doors (thicker and longer) to avoid the noise from outside the rooms. I was expecting some noise; this is an old house, but I think there is always room for improvement.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and we loved that there was a nice Honor Bar downstairs for a drink at the end of the day (good quality beverages!). There was a Nespresso machine in our room for morning coffee, robes and slippers. :-)

The mattress was a bit too soft in our opinion, and the photos showed an area rug which would have been nicer than a cold floor. The "breakfast" downstairs is very marginal and could be a bit more upscale besides Frosted Flakes cereal.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our week in México City. This UTOPIC is housed within a stunning mansion building which was a former private residence. There are only a few rooms but it feels very private, each room has a kitchenette with a hob, Nespresso machine and TV so can be very self contained. The neighbourhood is very premium and is a short walk to museums. Security and front of house staff are friendly and rooms are very clean. Polenco is the Bel Air of CDMX so it's lovely to walk around.. expect to pay top dollar at the restaurants of course! We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would return if we were in the neighborhood.

Sound does carry in the building as it's all marble and tile. TV was mounted from the ceiling rather than wall mounted so blocked our view of the window. For a more authentic CDMX experience Polenco isn't the area for you!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is excellent. Note that the hotel offers a modest, free breakfast. We're looking forward to another stay the next time we visit Mexico City.

My only criticism is that the bathroom in our suite was a little small. The bathroom sizes vary from suite to suite, so some are larger.

Thank you very much to very professional and kind staff (among others Morad and the very kind gentleman who resided in the guard's booth) who was available whenever we had any request or any question. The hotel located in charming Polanco was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about

This is a historic building that was tastefully renovated to meet modern demand. I loved the proximity to all the fine dining and museums. It was a very clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was always friendly and the 24hr security guard gave us a sense of safety and security throughout our stay.

The inside of this building echoes and it can become very noisy. If you are sensitive to sounds, keep this in mind before booking.

The location was fantastic, the facility was spot on and looked great. We enjoyed the pool/bar room. The staff were attentive. We felt comfortable and taken care of.

There is no AC, but we also understand it’s a historic building so they can’t be installed. There are fans in the room. It wasn’t a big deal just don’t expect to that. We will go back!

Breakfast was simple but nice. We mostly stuck to drinking coffee though. The room was great, a bit small, but clean and modern. The bed was very comfy. we appreciated the free drinks to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff were amazing, they helped us with ideas and cleaning of our laundry. Security were friendly and helpful also. We LOVED the location and felt very safe.

Random, but a toilet brush in the bathroom would be appreciated.
