The location - just right across the Frontenac,non restricted area of the Citadel and probably around 300 m to Notre Dame. So close to restaurants. While it is close to major attractions, the place was quiet. Breakfast was good and the free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby 24/7 was an added bonus. There is an elevator so very convenient if you’re travelling with family with mobility issues I noticed that they allow dogs on the premises, which is good for pet owners. The staff are just so kind . When we got there while we have confirmation of our booking I think the hotel had no rooms but they didn’t let us wait for long, they sorted the issues and we even checked in ahead of the check in time

We love the location. Kind of tucked away but also right in front of the St. Lawrence river. We were very close to everything within walking distances right in the heart of Old Quebec City. A very quiet and low rise place to stay. Easy to walk in and out of the hotel without being crowded.

They only thing we would of liked to have in our suite is a mini fridge. We couldn't bring food back from resturants or groceries to keep cold. Good thing we weren't travelling with food that needed to be refridgerated. Other than that, nothing else we didn't like.

Great location, possible to park right outside and have valet parking for a fair prize.

The room was nice but so small that we could not have a suitcases open anywhere and still be able to open the door. We booked a room with view to the park/and hence the water, which was nice. But to enjoy the view you had to sit in the chair in the corner as the window was quite small and in the corner.

The location was amazing. I love the juice and coffee station as well as the wine dispenser! I also appreciated the fact that they took my 3 small Bichon Frise dogs eventhough they had a limit of 2 dogs. They were accommodating and flexible. We will definitely be coming back here again. I even joined the Loyalty Programme.

The hotel staff could have mentioned access to the pool in the sister hotel 10 mins down the road at check in.

Location was fantastic, the beds were not as comfortable as I had expected based on review and room was smaller than expected.. no dresser to store clothes. Staff was very nice. Although we didnt bring our dog the doggos we saw there at hotel looked happy.. location across from park.

this place is great. the staff are very accommodating and willing to assist. the coffee offered is great. location is excellent. literally can’t get better.

well they valet parked my car. somewhere, while the vehicle was in their car, it was scratched up twice. once on the rear bumper, and once on the passenger side door. both look like Parking mistakes. I reported the damage and they were good about it, but management never followed up with me, with insurance info like they said they would. as it was a rental car, I went and fixed the damage prior to returning the car. this could have been dealt with better.

Amazing location for being a tourist in old Quebec. You really could not beat the convenience of the location. We were there Saturday-Weds and we knew we would unlikely find street parking (especially on the weekend), but it was $25 a day for valet with the hotel, and that was honestly well worth it. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in a long time.

the breakfast didn't look very promising but that was ok, as we chose not to pay extra for it. we much preferred to walk to the various local restaurants/bakeries to try coffee and breakfast since they were all a few minutes walk away - so i wouldn't really say that was a bad thing!

The location was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean. The coffee machine on the main floor was amazing! I had the continental breakfast found it to be a good value for $15. Loved this hotel, would definitely stay again.

hotel faced a beautiful park. the staff tried very hard when faced with difficult issues. Air conditioner broke down in hotel over weekend when it was 88 degrees out. The staff purchased fans for lobby to keep cool and offered to move us to their sister hotel after dinner. we asked that they put a fan in the room to draw the cool air in (yes, it went from 88 degrees during the day to 60 degrees that night). we used the fan and drawing outside air in made it comfortable. they also subtracted some of our hotel rate from the bill.

rooms were very small. breakfast was not interesting for CA $15 per person. the coffee/tea machine broke and they had to use small coffee machine that kept running out of coffee

Staff excellent, especially Miley. Loved the parking valet. Nice to have some cheeses and fresh fruit at breakfast. Of course the location is great, quite easy arriving and leaving, as long as you’re offpeak.

Some rooms do not have a fridge, so don’t assume they do.
