The staff was simply amazing. The lady working the desk when we checked in was very welcoming and professional, even though we arrived late in the evening. She was very upbeat and friendly. The room was very clean and the water pressure was fantastic. Small restaurant located on same property for easy accessibility. Hotel sits just outside of town so it was quiet but only a couple of miles from anything you'd need for food, shopping, necessities, etc. Hot breakfast served on site and well maintained. First hotel of our week long trip that had available and functional laundry services.

Smell outside by front rock decor smelled like an animal had been in it overnight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Best Western in Okmulgee. The outside of the hotel was in top condition. The parking lot was spotless and the grounds were manicured. The lobby was spotless as well and I was warmly greeted at the front desk. I had a reservation, and when I gave my name, the manager knew exactly what the reservation was for and the length of my stay. I was told about the breakfast, as well as the restaurant and bar which is attached to the hotel. My room as clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I couldn't have been more pleased!

All of the employees were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating

It took 2 days to get a disabled room with a walk-in shower. But, I think it was my fault for not knowing to request one from the beginning.

Loved the location. Loved the staff. Facilities were great, clean, and friendly. Will be coming back again soon. Made us feel like we were at home.

My fiance and I had our first stay together for the very first time, and we chose the Best Western Okmlugee and I have to say it was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for caring, comfort, and class. Two thumbs Up.

The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant, El Avacado, was terrific. The property was modest, but well-kept and cheerfully decorated.

The staff was very friendly which is very rare to come by now days the facility was clean and nice

The beds were a little hard

It was quiet and the bed was fairly comfortable

The TV had issues and the shower had low water pressure according to the old lady.

Location was excellent. Very easy access.

Door lock in room123 is broken, prevented us from accessing the room with the card key. Luckily the hotel staff was very responsive, getting us back into our room very quickly.

They were super accepting about my fur babies and didn’t charge an extra arm and leg because I had them and gave them Puppy treats!

after 11 the lobby doors locked and we were never informed so I took my dogs for a walk and couldn’t get back inside… rang the doorbell like 4 times, no one came until I called. Then was told she was ignoring the door bell because people with a key can get in (didn’t know that). it was 30 degrees, I am a woman in my 20s out after 11 pm in an unfamiliar place. Do better.
