Very good breakfast! Easily accessed next to lobby and very clean. Comfortable seating.

TV in our room had very limited features and channels. Difficult to navigate using the remote. Needs updating! Also, no hotel literature in room. Bare bones on towel supply, but when requested, towels were delivered. 1 small soap provided. Treadmill in fitness room did not work.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was pretty clean. I did notice in the bathroom that the outside of the tub, especially near the floor, needed to be cleaned though. Staff was nice. The breakfast was decent. Coffee was really good. Definitely would stay again.

Rooms ok. TV, way too small Our stay was for 3 people and there weren’t enough linens and pillows, I had to go down andan ask for more because the phone didn’t work Not enough towels either They didn’t give me the bottle of wine they said I would receive as compliment

Everything was good, great location, breakfast was what I expected. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge were working fine. My children enjoyed the pool.

There were a lot of ants in my room's coffee table. Everything we put in there were almost instantly full of ants. Also, found a roach in the bathroom during the night. That took away my sleep that night.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet which is exactly what I needed.

The only thing that I was not happy with was the minimal channels the TV had. I also took my fire stick but I wasn't able to connect the TV to the wifi.

Breakfast was good, healthy location was great as well👍

The AC unit was a little noisy and the bathroom door needs some W240 had a squeaky noise

I stay here often but since Covid had not been to the valley. premises is always clean and staff friendly

the pillows in the room where very uncomfortable. we know they had very comfortable pillows in the past

The room was hot. We never the air condition to work at a good temperature. Also there was no body cream and most hotels have some.

Bathroom exhaust vent out of service, need more bedding in suites, need more than 2-3 towels and washcloths for family of 4.

I was disappointed with my first room that I booked at another hotel, because the room was not like it was were pictured on the website. I almost had to have a screaming match with the manager to cancel the dirty room. After I was able to cancel that nasty room,, I booked with LaQuinta at the last minute, for the exact same price as the other hotel and it was the complete opposite! I went from almost spending my time in a roach motel to a nice and clean establishment! The staff was great and accommodating with our welcoming, and it was definitely a breathe of fresh air to be treated like a human again.
