Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good and comfortable beds. Amazing wellness. Rich and varied breakfast. Everything is clean and comfortably furnished. It is a cozy hotel with perfect service, including transportation to the cable car and back with a nice and patient driver - thank you :D

Everything was great :DD The only thing I would recommend is to allow guests to have an earlier breakfast - so they have enough time for a nice, smooth start to the new holiday-day and still avoid long lines at the cable car.

We stayed 6 nights and everything was fantastic the breakfast was lovely plenty to eat the room was spacious and clean also loved the spa and pool and Giorgio the owner and staff were so lovely we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with some nice restaurants a few minutes walk up the road especially residence kamerloy pizzeria restaurant which was our favourite fantastic food and lovely staff.I would just like to say a big thanks to Giorgio for making our stay in the dolomites one of the best holidays we have ever experienced we will never forget you .

Perfect! Hotel in a strategic position with additional services such as shuttle service. Good breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory and with excellent local products. The rooms are really very nice and very clean. Wellness area simply excellent. Friendly staff, very kind and always present and the owner family of the Hotel is very polite and helpful. Super recommended.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice and they operated a complimentary shuttle to the lift. The spa is nice and perfect to relax after a day on the mountain

The gym could be bigger, the pull down machine was not useful and it got crowded with little space to work out

No air conditioner in rooms it was hot during our stay, wifi in my room was weak.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was pleasing, we had some issues with the heating in our room and Giorgio was very understanding and transferred us to a different room which solved the problem. We really liked the location as it's on the outskirts of the nearby town, far from noise.

The water temperature of the indoor pool is around 25 degrees Celsius which wasn't warm enough for us during the cold weather.

It was very nice and clean.

Breakfast can improve from my point of view . We had exactly the same things during a week. Maybe some vegetables together with the ham and cheese.

first of all I would like to thank George and his team they r just incredible in customer service . I initially booked through booking.COM and booked a suite , but when we reached the hotel and saw the suite we didn’t like it as we had a 3 year old with us. we immediately changed the room and gave us a better one with an incredible view. Their breakfast is mind blowing specially the home made bakery items and everything is served fresh , the location is superb rooms are spacious. Thanks to George and his team for making our stay so memorable .
