Double glazing on the windows and blockout curtains - so we slept very well. Safe parking. Lovely outdoor sitting area. Spotlessly clean bedding and towels. Access to main kitchen where we could warm up food. Filter coffee in a bodum and kettle in the room. Fridge in the room. Communal TV where we could watch our programmes. The NO SMOKING policy.

I have just had double hip surgery - the lounge and dining room furniture was not comfortable.

Friendly hosts, willing to assist and all the basic amenities available, including free WiFi. All you need in a place to bed down for the night while you explore the surrounding attractions.

Room was a little cramped, furnishings and decor a little dated. In bad weather you'd be stuck sharing a TV and leisure area.

This property is located within walking distance of all the local amenities and also within a short drive of loads of activities and entertainment. Jenny is a lovely lady with a wealth of local knowledge and can provide a very reasonably priced breakfast to your exact taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. The sower is always hot and the two local girls Shaleen and Tsiopkasi keep the place immaculate.

There is some road noise from the N2 trunk road but I soon got used to it and remember to close your windows at night to keep the mosquitoes out.

The reception was friendly and efficient. They has us settled down in no time. Everything was clean and fresh, We had two rooms, one for us and one for the girls. We will definitely stay over again if we passthrough again.

We had a short stay and left early the next morning. There was nothing to complain about. All was well, the shower was warm and clean and the towels fresh

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and size of room was great. Room had a small fridge and coffee station. Our room had a private patio. Staff are friendly. Jen and Ken are amazing hosts.

The only problem is the location which is very close to the main road into and out of Sedgefield, however, one gets used to the noise of traffic. Not too much of a disturbance.

The guest house is very conveniently situated, just off the Main Road, which made access to the N2 very easy. The breakfast was delicious and almost more than I could manage. Jenny was very helpful and friendly and the use of the lounge in the evening felt like home.

The friendly owner and staff really makes you feel at home. The breakfast is great. The rooms get cleaned daily, super clean.

Will defnitly come again.

We had a great time host and staff were extremely accommodating. Even didn't move the lawn in the morning so we could sleep late.

close to the main road, was worried about the traffic noise but this did create a issue. Was quite quiet and pleasant.
