The location is awesome, as there are many restaurants in front of the hotel and it is close to the event center, where we were going to attend a hockey game. There is a target, hospital and IKEA close by. The breakfast okay. The eggs and sausage links were incredibly bland but they did have a good selection of other things. When we entered our room, the pull out couch was still half pulled out, so we thought for a minute we had the wrong room. The bed and blackout curtains in the bedroom were a huge plus to our stay, as was the noon checkout time! The room came with a microwave, a micro burner stove, a full size fridge and many cooking utensils. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again.

The eggs and sausage had no taste at all and the pull out bed in the couch was left half pulled out, so we had to push it back and and put the pillows back on the couch.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful! This was our second time staying at the Hyatt House in Fishers. We stayed in a double room the first time, but the second time we had a suite, which was amazing! We will stay at the Hyatt House every time we are in Fishers visiting family.

No complaints at all!

Our three nights at Hyatt House were very comfortable and pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The fact that we simply had to walk a few feet out the front door to reach food and drinks in the shopping district was another plus! The staff was attentive and the breakfast each morning was very good. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Fishers.

The staff was surprisingly unpleasant this time. I was refused to get the invoices for the group I paid for and was sent to the manager to ask for it. When the manager said it shouldn't be any problem, the clerk generated all invoices. I am not sure what was the problem, and why calling the manager for such a simple thing was needed. I think last year when I visited this hotel the atmosphere was better there.

The hide-a-bed was extremely uncomfortable. Low quality. (2) 12 year old girls that often sleep on the floor at friends sleepovers complained all the way home about their backs killing them from the bed.

The property is a beautiful facility, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms!

The front desk staff was a little unpleasant to deal with but management stepped in and helped the situation and made proper adjustments. Ceiling leaked during a rain storm.

Excellent property, amazing location, good not have asked for a better place to stay for my son's basketball tournament.. so many places to eat within walking distance and a Krogers next door..super clean and TV's even had chrome cast to stream from your phone

The facility was beautiful and had many amenities that were useful. The staff was very professional and courteous. I chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. It was very easy to enter and exit, several elevators so we never had to wait, numerous grassy areas to accommodate the dog, and pet waste bags. It was quiet but centrally located to many enjoyable restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel had numerous places to lounge inside the hotel and outside. The breakfast was different each day, delicious and the area was spotless.

Ease of traveling to and from our family gathering.

Our shower door didn't stay closed, and I had water puddling when I stepped on the bath mat. Also, the door to the refrigerator cupboard didn't latch without effort.

It was great!

Our toilet never shut off by itself...we had to open the tank and manually pull the float up each and every time. It was very annoying and was reported twice to no avail. No maintenance people ever came to the room. Also the sink took f o r e v e r to drain and they were told about this and never came to look at it.
