Dennis is a fantastic host, helpful and welcoming. We also loved the garden, and the bed in our room was super-comfortable. The place is also really clean, the lady who does the cleaning does a great job, so a big thanks to her too!

We got room number 6, which faces the street - and although it's just a little side street, there are motorcycles wooshing by frequently and it gets loud. So we couldn't keep the balcony door open, especially not when we were sleeping. We solved this with some earplugs but I'd suggest looking for a room that faces the garden.

Great location, just next to the main street. Skiathos is amazing city. Best place where to stay. The night walks trough the city are just stunning. Walk distance from the airport. Airconditioning. Great garden for working with shadow and good internet connection. The host Denis was extremely helpful and hardworking person. Constantly available to all clients ready to help. Extremely clean accommodation. The cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms very often.

The best beaches were quite far. Renting a scooter is a must. The bathroom could have been more modern.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find a bottle of water in the fridge, which was a relief as we had run out during our journey. Additionally, we were provided with a crib and a highchair, which were convenient. The studio was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Every window was fitted with mosquito nets, allowing us to keep them open without worry. The kitchenette was useful, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. The location was ideal, with both the town center and the beach just a few minutes' walk away. We stayed in the top-floor studio, which offered views of the town and the mountains. The lack of other guest rooms on this floor ensured our privacy, and the spacious terrace was a great. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a pleasant appearance. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

There was some noise from the town until late at night, and the door didn't effectively block sounds from the stairwell, but it wasn't a major issue for us. The terrace gets quite hot when the sun is high, which is to be expected. Adding some flowers or plants would enhance the visual appeal of the terrace. The shower was a bit small, but it was ok.

Skiathos house is the perfect accommodation if you're looking for something simple but great! Amazing position near the bus stop (stop 4) and just a couple steps from the main road where all the shops and restaurants are (+ only a 10 mins walk if you want to go to the port!!). The host was super nice and helpful, the room had everything you might need, and the staff was great (+ room was cleaned every single day). Great experience, 100% recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Skiathos.

Mr. Denis, the owner, was always very eager to help us with anything he could. The triple room was spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned daily and the garbage was taken out. Every three days the towels and sheets were changed. I loved the garden and terrace! It's very close to the Megali Ammos beach, bus stop 4 and everything else you might need.

A microwave would make the place even better for families with children, to warm bottles and food.

This was our first time visiting Skiathos and Skiathos House was a great accommodation choice. The host was great, offering us tips and pointers towards interesting spots to visit on the island and always tried to make sure that we were ok and everything was fine. He also has some very cute cats. The property is also located in a great area, very close to the city center but also a short walk away from the closest beach. The property is also close to the port which can take you to other beaches. Needless to say, if we return to Skiathos, we will choose to stay at Skiathos House again

Dennis is an amazing host. He welcomed us in person altough we arrived rather late, gave us tips for beaches and restaurants (listen to him!) and even supplied beach towels and an umbrella. He was always available via whatsapp if we had any questions. The location is absolutely perfect wether you travel by car or bus because bus stop #4 and a car park are both just up the road. Scooter rentals and a grocery store are there as well and the main street is just 300 m by foot. Our room was clean, well supplied with a small kitchen and supplies and easily large and comfortable enough. There is no street or party noise and the veranda towards the little garden behind the house gave us space to relax and dry our wet towels.

I don't have anything to complain about.

Great location. lovely garden and a fabulous host, Denis. easy walk from the apartment to nearest beach and to bus stop 4 to get to other beaches, Denis was super helpful even checking local forecasts to recommend which beaches to go to.

our only issue was that there is no a/c in the second bedroom/kitchenette and it was very hot!

The room was clean and large, offering also a kitchenette and a fridge. The location is excellent - just two minutes from the main street, easy to reach also from both bus stops no.3 and no.4. Denis was an amazing host - offered us a lot of info, food recommendation, arranged us a taxi for the airport in the last day and even offered us a souvenir. His cats are also very cute :)

Since our room was at the ground floor, facing the street, there was some noise from the scooters and the people in the mornings.

Big room, comfy beds, equipped with bathroom, kitchenette and terrace with garden access. Very nice garden. Very efficient AC. The host was kind, organizez our taxi from and to airport, gave us tips for trips and even an umbrella. Location is very quiet, but very close to the center. Not particularly modern, but really ok. Megali Ammos beach at walking distance.

A bit old furniture, noisy doors, damaged sink. Difficult to park the car around, but I guess that's normal. All in all much more pros than cons.
