The Lady that was at the Check-In was super friendly and explained everything so easily. We found the parking very quick. It's close to the hotel. The furniture in the room is older but very clean and has it own charm. The breakfast was very nice and had many options. It seemed like that they handmade most of the food at the Buffet. The breakfast room was cute too. It looked like we are in Santa's living room.

There was a loud bang every 15 min. And nobody was taking the elevator so we don't know what it was. So if you don't sleep with earplugs it might be difficult to have a relaxing sleep.

Had a room in the old stunning hotel building, stairway beautiful as is the hotel front.. great location in the heart of the city, literally next to rain station. Room ok sized, minibar, good beds (to my liking) washroom clean Brilliant breakfast!! Great parking (as a central located hotel)

The staff was not friendly or attentive, no smiles or hellos when passing the front desk or lobby.. ( except the lady who wrote us in, and whom we didn’t meet the next daysj Actually a big shame, cos otherwise i could very highly recommend to stay here when in Vaasa

Excellent breakfast with nice local choices. In front of the railway station so easily accessible. Nice small boutique hotel in comparison to the big major hotels. Comfortable rooms. Bathroom maybe not very modern, but functional and spacious enough.

We arrived 2.30am it was not a problem. The staff are super efficient and polite. Breakfast was superb. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was 5 mins walk from the city centre.

really nice hotel, friendly staff, interieur somewhat "plush", but this is the theme of the hotel, very centrally located at the station, there is some traffic but not at night; great door keys in punchcard style

consistently Charleston music during breakfast is maybe a bit much

Each of the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was extensive catering to all tastes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good.

My room was not renovated and a bit old fashioned.

The hotel management did not tell anything about road works around the hotel and all nearby area which caused problems to go by a car. As the hotel's frequent customers we were disappointed by the breakfast. It used to be absolutely splendid for years but this time it was average, sorry to say. Hope, it will improve.

The scrambled eggs were industrial (made from egg powder), which does not meet the excellent standard of the rest of the breakfast. The oat milk for the coffee was served from a jug, which does not work, as one needs to shake the oat milk properly before use. Should be served from the original packing.

In room sauna, location is really good for arrival and onward travel.

Nothing really has a bit of faded glory about it but this didn’t really bother us. The lift is really small.

Great location next to the train station. A stunning architecture and loved the old-style decor. The bed was amazing and beakfast just fantastic!
