The Hotel is near to the Airport. Down the street there are good places to eat. The staff was very accommodating. The manager as well. Helped me to Rebook my days even though I specifically booked on Book.com. Since you pay online it will be non refundable as soon as you check in. However the manager worked with me that was very helpful especially being on a budget.

We booked a room downstairs the upstairs traffic were loud. We stayed for a week so we heard something every other night.

Great size room, comfortable beds, excellent pillows for my taste, biggest I've slept on in a hotel! Room is in great shape and looks well kept, not rundown. Great option to get to stadiums/arenas nearby. Close to freeway and airport and a gas station with convenience store.

Not for light sleepers. You can hear movement of the room on top and you will catch quite some noise from the street. Having said that, I am a light sleeper and I did not have trouble sleeping after attending a concert and being tired.

The room is exactly as pictured, spacious, clean. Housekeeping came everyday. The shower was amazing! The staff were so friendly and check in was seemless. There is a McDonald's, gas station, Dollar tree & El Pollo Loco within walking distance.

It is noisy as it is right next to a very busy road.

Location is amazing. The hotel is 5-7 minutes walk away from Hawthorne/Lennox Metro station, making it perfect for travelling around the LA area when one does not have a car. My circumstance forced me to book a hotel at very short notice, and I am very thankful that Trend Hotel were able to accommodate me seamlessly. The television has the good channels and the bed was very comfortable too.

The wifi could sometimes be slightly quicker. A bit of cutlery (even if plastic) may also be helpful especially since a microwave is provided with the room.

The location of the motel was close to the airport for my overnight layover stay. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was nice after a long trip. the Room was also clean and quiet.

my only complaint is that i had wished they had replenished the beverage soda machine. I was out of water and was hoping to buy some but they only offered sodas. and the location is not close to any connivence stores.

Rooms are as advertised. You get the same personal care items as luxury hotels in Downtown LA. Good shower experience. Comfortable clean bed comfortable seating options on the room. Controlled lighting enough coverage to blackout the room during the day. Will definitely keep them in my radar.

Currently prices are high throughout the market but this place definitely beats the competition of near by places that I have paid the same amount for by far.

It’s located close enough to LAX for easy ride share to-and-from, other cities are close too, like Culver City, Santa Monica and El Segundo. The free parking was invaluable, as it’s highly recommended you rent a car when visiting LA.

The water heater for our room was noisy, small leaks from the shower and the surrounding area doesn’t have much for walkable attractions.

It's a budget hotel/motel next to LAX. We weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, the bed (room 218) was both a great size and very comfortable. Considering how close it is to main roads and the airport it wasn't too noisy. It's all a bit basic, but we were expecting that. If you want a hotel for a week of sightseeing then this wouldn't be a great choice , however if you need an affordable stay close to the airport then it's perfect

Stayed for 3 nights, I loved that the towels were changed every day! It's convienant, comfortable and quiet. I stayed on the second floor. They have great amenities (no pool but you have a beach that's 12 mins away), great a/c, Samsung TV with DirectTV. Microwave and fridge. There's a gas station down the street. Walkable area(it is a bit dirty out there but it's near LA. What do you expect) near two major highways! but the hotel itself is clean, our car felt safe parking there. There's security cameras. The hosts, front desk were super friendly! Heads up you may need to put down $100 deposit cash only. This is usual for a lot of hotels that want to avoid smokers. If you need to smoke, you can go outside on the street. That's what I saw when I stayed which was great bc I hate the smell of smoke and this is the first hotel room that did not smell like smoke at all! Not even a hint which is what I expected! I was surprised to walk to a no smoke smell room! I recommend if you need a comfortable hotel to sleep at while you adventure out. Also loved the small window in bathroom for natural lighting!

The water could be hotter is what my fiance said but honestly it was perfect for me. No complaints!
