This hotel was absolutely amazing and great value for money. If this hotel was in CDMX it would cost 7 times more. I read the excellent reviews but I still wasn’t sure I’d like the hotel. In real life the hotel looks even better than the pictures. The room is huge with a big window and great view of the city, but still the curtains are nice and thick so they block the sunlight in the mornings. The bathroom is great too with a big mirror and strong shower, although there was a bad smell from the drains. Everything is new and clean. The air conditioning was superb. The food from the restaurant was very tasty I had a buffet breakfast and ordered room service and both were fantastic. The gym was very well equipped. I arrived on a Sunday night and there’s a club 4 blocks away that unfortunately played music until 3am which you can hear from the hotel even on the 10th floor where I was. Nothing that the hotel can do about it obviously. However once I closed the window and put my earplugs in I couldn’t hear anything. So if you’re visiting on a weekend and you’re a light sleeper then take some earplugs. There’s a McDonalds next to the hotel, and you can walk 30 minutes from the hotel to the city centre. All the staff were so nice. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back soon

This hotel is located two blocks away from Chapultepec Avenue which is full of nice restaurants. It's is also not far from downtown. The bus stop coming from downtown is right outside the hotel and to take the bus to downtown is only two blocks away. This hotel was super nice and clean and there are two elevators, so we never waited too long for one. The hotel has a nice restaurant too and they have room service. The water was always hot and the shower was large and super spacious.

The temperature in the hotel was a bit warm. Not very cold and with my hot flashes, it was worse. I would recommend to have at least ceiling fans to keep it cool. Also, the shower floor was a bit slippery. But I would definitely stay here again!

Bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious. I did get a room far from the elevator and it was relatively quiet. You can however hear the door slamming a little hard in the early mornings, and the hotel maid mobile phone’s ringer was loud and disturbing. I was also asked three times for my room number during breakfast ( supposedly it was not showing on my reservation that breakfast was included) it could easily been confused, as I stayed two nights, and paid for breakfast for only one day. My only suggestion would be that when people are seated for the buffet breakfast, they are offered the omelette option, and not just was available at sight. I’d add that all silverware is placed at the table for all the possible options. I had to keep asking. And, if someone orders an omelette, please bring them the salt, pepper and ask them if the would like anything else, like: ketchup, hot sauce, bread or tortillas. One more thing, staff personal phones must remain off the silverware tray. I have no regrets staying here. I do recommend it.

Wonderful location. A block away from the hectic Avenida Chapultepec and about a 30-minute walk from Centro Histórico. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The room that I had was spacious and came with a decent-sized balcony. It was nice to just pull a chair out to the balcony, relax and get a nice view of the city. Tons of nice restaurants and bars tucked away in Colonia Americana, not just on Av Chapultepec. I feel that it has a good price-to-quality ratio. Very positive experience.

The motion-activated lights in the bathroom take a little bit of getting used to. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. The walls aren't totally soundproofed so you can sometimes hear muffled voices in the room next to you. But these are minor things. The hotel's a good value.

Plenty of charming restaurants in the area. Lovely neighborhood with beautiful old houses. The hotel room is bright, cheerful and roomy. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Tastefully decorated.

The food on breakfast buffet was cold because lids are not used to keep the food warm. Not worth the money. The rain shower was a pitiful sprinkle. The hotel could not give me a copy of the bill when I departed early in the morning because their office does not open until 7a. So I had no way of knowing if I had been mischarged. The room has no drawers for clothes. Just a few hangers in the closet.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Antre! The facilities are brand new and immaculate, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—one of the best we've ever slept on. The staff were always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the CBD, which made it easy to explore the area. It was so good, we ended up extending our stay! It's also excellent value for money. Honestly, this has been the best hotel in Mexico for us so far, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Very clean, secure, great view from my balcony room, and the vast majority of staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The gym is functional- I was very happy with it.

The bartender was not friendly at all... I asked for a mezcalita and she stated that they don't make those... there was a full bar. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The driver recommended by the hotel, who parks out front for hotel guests... quoted me 200 pesos more than the Didi fare, which is what the hotel staff indicated she charges. I used Didi.

Very nice staff (like most people in Mexico really), rooms are amazing (very modern, clean and well maintained), some have really great views of the city & the location is ideal overall.. walking distance to historical centre, minerva statue, lots of restaurants and facilities close by.. would 100% recommend staying here!

Food was eeeh.. I would not recommend eating here. The hotel is great overall but there are so many food options around that are much much better.. so eating out would be my suggestion!

enjoyed the breakfast, great selection. Clean updated rooms. Staff was very friendly Fourth time staying here, easy, convenient, and accessible to everything. Ive enjoyed my stays thats why I return.

The only comment is that I do not like the nite light at the base of the beds. I've lost sleep over them (each time I stay its the same issue). The light bulbs run warm and I first put a pillow in front of it so it would block the light that was illuminating that side of the room. But then I was afraid it would start a fire so I propped my shoe against it then covered with pillows. If you had a little switch to turn that off it would be wonderful.

The staff is great! I got to the hotel extremely tired, and hours before my check in. They made accommodations to keep me comfortable while I waited for my room to be ready. The hotel is new. Beautiful modern decorations, amazing views and excellent location. Many good bars, coffee shops and restaurants a couple of blocks from the hotel.

They have motion activated lights throughout the room. Very convenient, but they were too sensitive and had a continuous clicking sound of lights turning on. I couldn't find where to change the settings, but maybe there's an easy fix I don't know about.
