Stayed for 10 nights, outstanding customer service, make you feel valued and welcome at every interaction from the concierge, to the reception staff, to the service and maintenance staff. All trained to high standards and look genuinely happy at work, which tells a lot. We visit Semarang often and it was my first time staying at Ciputra... we will certainly stay here again.

Felt it was a bit noisy from Simpang Lima at night, especially at weekends when it could go on until 3 in the morning, but in retrospect, I should have been prepared for that considering the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare for the city centre. Couple of earplugs is all you need to deal with that, or some over the counter sleeping aid like melatonin that can be bought for around 20000IDR from any pharmacy (not to be taken as medical advice).

First of all the staff, especially one employee, his name is Hada, he's always in good mood, friendly and respectful, he always has time to help and to inform, and has and open ear for my annoying questions 😂😂😂 he made my stay very comfortable, he gave me the feeling to have a friend in there and not to be alone. Because of him I'll always like to come there again. The breakfast was great. The location is great.

That will be the only thing I didn't like. The furniture is old and also lil bit broken here and there, this has to be renewed because it makes this great hotel looking old and not worthy. Also the carpet has to be renewed, and maybe bigger bins. Even when everything was cleaned, it doesn't look that good anymore, when that's renewed everything will be perfect.

The breakfast buffet variety was great. Room service was very affordable, and the portions were big and tasty. The laundry service was affordable, which is very helpful for our kids' clothes. We like that the mall is attached to the hotel, with easy access.

The bathroom's shower head is fixed on the wall and the water flow very strong (difficult to adjust), so we had daily baths instead of showers. The bins didn't have liners, so we reused our shopping plastic bags to line the bins to keep it more hygienic. The bath towels were changed daily, but we had to keep requesting for additional towels for our kids the first two days, then we stopped bothering to do so and just shared towels with our kids.

Friendly, helpful, polite staffs.

There wete 2 Air conditioning control system. One in the bed and other one at the entry wall. The one at the entrance wall looked newer and work well. The other one looked older without functioning indicator just switch and knob. I missed operate it, AC then switched off. I got to call the staff and learn how to operate it. The staff just direcly and politely showed me how it works.

Warm welcome everytime and anytime. Staffs are amazingly friendly, efficient and profesional. Location is excellent conjunctioned with a mall. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and good size room.

I purchased some outfit the evening prior checking out and couldn't wear them, was advised all iron and the boards were taken, and i checked out at 6am following morning.

The location was ideal for our needs as we were just passing through en route to Surabaya. On arrival the reception staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. They helped us us out booking train tickets for the following day. Thank you to them. The restaurant and bar were super value for money and we really enjoyed our meals and drinks. The room was very comfortable too.

Easy mall access, good maintenance of building and elevators. Good customer service, the reception let us change rooms on the 2nd day to let us be closer to our children and grandchildren, as soon as a room on the same floor became available.

Our mini fridge was not working well, but everything else was in working order.

Top hotel, professional staff, nice and comfortable room for a acceptable price.

Even the Ciputra bakery is the best in Semarang, 1 minus point, the bread on the breakfast was not fresh but from the day before. Specially the french bread was hard.

The breakfast spread was very good.Need more attention to replenish the food as in many occasion some food ie salad, fruits are not replenished.This morning the porridge is not hot.

More attention to focus on the food replenishment.
