Unit cantik, bersih dan kemas. Has WIFI connection. TV channels pun ok, ada Vision 4 movies from the hotel. Strong water pressure. Dapur ada chiller, microwave, kettle, plates, mugs, kitchen utensils like scissors, knives and also there is a small electric stove n a broom with dustpan, that we didn't use them coz the floors were already so clean. Although we're in Genting, the unit also has AC in the rooms n living room functioning well. There hv many board games too guys. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls were also provided. We saw there were few cafes n KKMart too but we didn't have time to check it out since we're only there for a night stay. Oh yes, the hotel parking is free guys. Altogether, we could say that we had a great stay and would love to come again.

We came to the hotel after finished playing games at Skytropolis, so it was already night time arnd 10pm. Although Ion D'Elemen is not that far from the First World Hotel, but due to the drizzling rain, thick fog n winding road to reach the hotel, it took us approx 15-20mins, it was a bit scary since it was so dark n we were not familiar with the roads there. So careful guys! Safe driving!

Clean, comfortable room for staycation

Got it on offer for rm55/nite. But Suprise by the cleaning fee of rm90. Total up to rm155 including tax. The room was not that spacious to be charging for rm90 cleaning fee.

Great location, nearby to Genting Skypark, offer a free Genting shuttle. Everything was within walking distance. Stayed here during peak season. It was packed, but the staff managed well and were always helpful. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the kids loved their room, made them feel at home.

The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is clean and the shower heater is functioning well, also the shower pressure is a plus point! We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

I like everything about this hotel. With the low price, I didn't expect the room was soo wowww! Normally any hotel will only provide mineral bottle and kettle for hot water. But this hotel got some kind like coway water, and im so impressed. This hotel also provide microwave, OMG i really love it. If you tapau outside food, you can just simply reheat in room. The facilities also wowww, there are many restaurant at 3rd floor and mini mart which easy access. I got room that the view can see the sunset in the morning, and can see the pool facilities.

The hotel got some bad smell, i dont know how to describe the smell. But the smell is really uncomfortable! I think this one you need to improve more, because everything about you hotel was very excellence! Maybe can put some room perfume or anything that can remove the bad smell.

Everything is good but

lack of restaurants even there is no grab food or grab taxi .. they have taxi service but the proce crazy like for 1 person 80 to Outlet !!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Location was great and view from the balcony was great.

The hot water system did not work and took more than 5 hours and 2 visits from the workers. Each time they came we were asked to wait another 39 minutes for the water to heat. Finally it was hot enough to shower. The next day it ran out of hot water and the morning of the day we left the water was cold again. I advised the staff it needed replacing. I was also disappointed that no sugar was supplied. I could not buy any from any of the ships located within walking distance. Fortunately a coffee shop gave me some sachets of sugar.

My stay at Quince Home Grand Ion Delemen Genting Highlands was nothing short of amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. What made the experience even more memorable was the surprise anniversary room decoration I had booked in advance. They executed it perfectly, exceeding my expectations. My husband was completely taken aback and even thought he had walked into the wrong room his reaction was priceless! It was a moment we will cherish forever. Aside from the wonderful ambiance and top-notch service, the cool weather and thick fog made our stay even more relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Genting Highlands. Without a doubt, this stay was worth every penny. The only minor downside was the parking area, which was a bit far from the main accommodation. However, this small inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the fantastic experience we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Quince Home Grand Ion Delemen to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

1. Nice and clean apartment, 2. Very comfortable bed 3. Simple check in and out, 4. Very helpful staff and all my questions were answered nicely 5. Ion Delemen is a nice hotel n apartment complex. It's only 10 minutes drive to Sky Avenue Genting. If you don't want to drive up, there's shuttle bus service at the complex to Sky Avenue. 6. There are a few eateries at block 7.

1. The unit was facing a construction storage/fabrication area. They were doing some work on the night we were there. Luckily it stopped after 10pm. 2. The unit we stayed in had partial view of the mountains. I advice those who want to book can check with the management first before booking if you want a better view.

The room was bigger than what we expected and that was great for us. We have a small kitchen in ours and that was convenient for making something light late at night or early morning. There's a self-manned convenience store that operates 24/7 in the lobby with wide selections so that was very useful if you're craving for something late at night or if you forgot to bring something with you.

You will need a car if you plan to go to Genting but there are shuttle buses available if you need to get there. We have a car with us so that wasn't a problem. Otherwise, everything else was good!
