I loved how clean the facility was, comfortable the room was, and the breakfast options were both filling and had a good variety for my picky-eaters (aka, my children.) I also loved that the staff were kind and helpful. It was very busy while we were there. One morning, not all the food items were stocked. But the staff member was working hard, apologized and said she will have it restocked as soon as possible (which was only a few minutes.) I went to go swimming with my children, and there were no pool towels. I let the front desk know and they immediately brought fresh towels in.

Breakfast hours, I wish it started earlier.

After my 7 day stay, the last morning breakfast was great. Finally scrambled eggs and bacon, which was my favorite breakfast. Found a lot of large coffee grounds in the Decaf coffee, so I went ahead and got a half cup of regular coffee, which was perfect.

My first night, I stayed in Rm. 329 and the rug had large cookie crumbs, so the rug should be sweep for customer prior to the overnight stay. I then requested a room on first floor and moved the next day with no problems.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I do not eat southwestern omelet. There was only chocolate milk and a couple apple and orange juice in the refrigerator so I couldn't have cereal. There was only one apple with a large brown spot on it and the coffee was extremely strong.

How quiet the hotel was during the evening and night hours

Not really anything bot to like maybe how the breakfast staff wanted to close down so early but even then I could understand wanting to get everything done so they could go home for the day.

This place was actually great and a good surprise! We loved the town of Troy, very cozy with some awesome restaurant options. The hotel itself had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff was so kind and helpful!

We only slept there as we had to leave at 4 am. The room was comfortable and clean.

Checking in, the clerk was on the phone on a personal call, and I did not have his total attention.

Everything was great except for the wifi....staff amazing, bed and pillows fantastic, loved everything but the WIFi was not high speed and was pretty much useless.

When checking in to the room the air conditioning was set at 61 degrees on a 55 degree day. The room was extremely cold.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, the location was good, close to the downtown of Troy, Oh. Shopping and restaurants were within short walks, nice place.

The shower/tub was slippery and not safe. They need a mat or something in the tub, be careful.
